Redecoration goes in and replaces the carpet and linoleum on an as needed basis. There can be fixture updates, appliance upgrades, tub/shower caulking and grouting, painting, maintenance work, carpet cleaning, and spiffing of the apartment. You can call our office and we can put in a service request, you can put one in online with your Resident Services account.

I didn’t think I’d write an updated review about this place I’m just shocked. This place has truly gone down VERY fast. I’ve lived here since 2018 and i don’t know if it has been sold or what but it’s nothing of what it used to be. Terrible maintenance times, terrible front office help, nothing works around the complex. Street lights not working *several car port lights no longer working as well*
Rent being increased over $200 over the years, with no maintenance done to my apartment. No better amenities, no new carpet even though I&rsquo

RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!!!
First, you can hear every movement made by neighbors above AND below. (I'll admit it's part of the 'apartment experience' they're poorly built apartments so not much can be done now)
Second, office staff is EXTREMELY rude. The property manager Breanna in particular. The first year here wasn't too bad. Then when we went to re-sign our lease, we told her we'd like to sign for another year.. 3 months went by and we asked her why our monthly rate had increased.. come to find out, through her incompetence, she had put us on a 'month to month' lease and was charging us for their

HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GHETTO PLACE AT ALL COSTS. They operate under the guise of "luxury apartments" but are anything but that.. looks decent on the outside but management is rude and incompetent. The property manager Breanna in particular. Always has an attitude, while at the same time giving out wrong information which ended up costing us $. Thanks for nothing Breanna.

I have lived here for almost a year and loved it!! Office staff is amazing and very helpful. The grounds are always kept very neat and clean. In the winter they are always shoveled and iced before I leave for work. It is a quite community. I have only heard my neighbors once. The maintenance staff is very fast. Anytime I have had an issue they are here the very next day!! It has been a great place to live!! I should also mention that I live directly across from the highway. Honestly it is not that loud in the apartment. I thought it would be worse!! Before I moved in I had read all of the reviews

You can hear your upstairs neighbors very easily
Edit: While I did mention the noise complaints, I did always call the office about it and they sent someone over to check on it. So, while you can hear people pretty easily, I was never ignored on my phone calls.
I wanted to also mention that my husband and I have lived here twice! We have thoroughly enjoyed both times. Therefore, we would recommend people choosing

Overall this was a great place to live. Yes, the sound of someone living on top of you sucks at times, but when you compare that to a great maintenance team, covered water bill and free heat, I’d say it’s worth it. The situation with the WiFi and cable isint ideal, obviously it would be a better option to be able to pick your provider, The WiFi was doable. It’s a quiet community, nobody bothers you and the location is ideal, right at the tail end of the busy part of dupont.

Five starts all the way!! I always check the reviews before moving into a new apartment complex and the reviews for Dupont Lakes were mixed. There were people saying it was great and some saying it was an awful place. Well, I only have great things to say about it. They are nice apartments and very soundproof. The grounds are very well kept and so peaceful. It's an affordable pet-friendly option. The office is amazing at getting back in contact with you. And the maintenance team is crazy fast. Lived here in 2018 and 2019 and was very happy with my decision. I'll start with the pros:
Incredible and fast maintenance team.
Friendly and helpful office staff. (Jennifer is awesome)
Great location right off I-69. (10-15 minutes from downtown)
Grounds are beautiful and well groomed.
Apartment was spotless moving in.
Snow removal and ice melt was always done promptly.
Pool was pretty nice.
Neighborhood was friendly in general.
Cons:
*Vertical noise is a MAJOR issue. My neighbors upstairs had a corgi and I could hear every single movement it made - when it walked, ran, barked, chewed
