I called and spoke to a Sophia on a property, she said it was available so we viewed it. We liked the property and I called her back and she asked me to fill an application out. We immediately filled out an application and paid the fees for it. Once I paid the application fees, we never could get ahold of anyone, no answered calls or emails from multiple attempts. We are very qualified with finance and credit. I feel this company only baits homes that may or may not be available to gain the application fees. It seems like a scam to me. Buyer BEWARE!

Unprofessional and unethical. Sophia is impossible to work with as a owner- does not respect requests of the owners- and we pay for the services- can only image how she must treat renters. And have to laugh that she submitted her own review for her own company- speaks to lack of ethics and lack of professionalism

I would NEVER recommend Sophia for any type of real estate management. We are an absentee owner 3,000 miles away and her lack of communication and as well as working harder for the tenants than the property owners was responsible for our property to be in a condition that was far from the property we handed her. My wife and I are property managers and very successful realtors and what we saw when we took our property back was totally unacceptable...She is rude and not responsive and will cost you $$ if you use her services....If I could give her zero stars, that's what I would have done and deserves

Northwest property management is good to their homeowners, but will screw contractors over. I am a handyman that used to work with this company. They called me for a leaking faucet so I hurried out to take care of the problem. The faucet was unfixable, so I called their office and got approved for replacing the faucet. Here it is 2 and a half months later and after several bills and delinquent notices, I am still waiting for payment. CONTRACTOR BEWARE, THEY WILL SCREW YOU IF THEY DEEM YOUR BILL TOO HIGH. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM

We very recently did the second renewal of our one year lease in Oro Valley. Sophia, Nanci and the rest of the staff have been helpful, professional and very responsive to the issues that occur.
Having owned for decades and retired here we heard stories of leasing agents and landlords that ignored issues or were slow to respond. We have a 20 year single family home and we had the usual issues, leaking toilet, bad smoke detector, caulking issues, etc. All were acknowledged in under 24 hrs and a polite repair person called to arrange an appointment that same day or the next.

As a new renter (after decades of ownership) we could not be happier. This is our third year with NW and the first AC issue, I spoke w/Kim and within 20 minutes had an AC Tech on the phone and an appointment within the hour. AC Tech/Matt arrived as scheduled and we were Chillin in no time!

Sophia at North West Property Management is great, a total professional and a really nice person. I have previewed several of the properties offered by North West over the last year or so and I have found them all to be tip top. If you want to rent a clean, nice place managed by a quality company North West Property is the place to call.
