At Rising Sun Montessori School, we have two wonderful classrooms that both offer the love and nurturing care that feels like home. All of our teachers at Rising Sun Montessori School hold a college degree or Early Childhood college credits and have years of experience teaching and guiding young children.
Rising Sun Montessori Preschool offers many enrichment opportunities in addition to our daily curriculum and activities. Enrichment opportunities provide your child with quality classes and experiences that not only build a new skill but also their level of self-confidence.
We also run an after-school program called Friendship Clubbers is designed for older students, affording a more intimate and intensive learning setting focused on Kindergarten preparedness and peer group socialization.Friendship Clubbers concentrate on letters, numbers, reading, and writing skills while enjoying new friends and friendships made.

I can not express in words how grateful I am that we found Carolina and Reina, at Rising Sun Montessori! Our son attended Rising Sun far too briefly, 7 months, because we had to move out of state. He was 20 months old when he started there, and was the youngest throughout those 7 months. Originally, I was aprehensive about him being the youngest, especially considering there were 4 year olds also attending. Ultimately, it was the best thing for him! The older kids took him in sweetly, and he learned so much from them. All the while, Carolina and Reina became like family to each of us. Our son became
