I called this place for a battery jumpstart. I was given a quote of $150. The technician called me to give me an ETA of 5 minutes. Some kind people helped me an hour later. I called multiple times to cancel the service and was forwarded to a voicemail that was not set up. I thought this was odd for a “legit business”. As I am driving home, the technician called me TWO HOURS later to say he arrived to help. He did NOTHING to help me and I was charged $49, I have no clue why because my calls are now forwarded to a voicemail that will not take any messages. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT

First, we were quoted $135 minimum and $180 max. Once the job was done they charged be $209. Also, they had my card on file but the guy that came told me it had to be paid in cash or through Zelle. It was super sketchy.
Second, we ended up waiting 2 hours for someone when we were told “30 mins” and then each time we called to check in they said “20 minutes more.” Would have been better if they just initially told us it would take 2 hours instead of playing with us.

This company took my money and left me and my.kids stranded in a dangerous location. I am currently still calling but they are literally picking up and hanging up, or just refusing to answer. Ithaca been 4 hours now! This is not the end of this. I guarantee you that!

WORST EVER ,STAY AWAY from this towing company I called at 8 pm for a jump start they took my info (including my credit card for cancellation fee ) and was told the driver will be there in 35-45 min ,an hour passed by and no show i called again and was told the driver will be there in 30 more min , still no show i called again the lady told me to stay on hold to find out when will the driver be there kept me on hold then hang up on me , I kept calling and put on hold " someone will be right with you " no answer Then after 10 pm even that answering system stopped working and the calls

Took $49 up front as a cancellation fee to guarantee a tow in 60 minutes. I call them back after waiting in my car 55 minutes and the sour little woman answering the phone says it'll be 45 to 60 minutes longer. I told her MY cancellation charge would be $49 for waiting around for them. And this repugnant shell of a human being starts yelling at me how busy they are! She then says I can either wait or they'll cancel the guarantee charge. I called another company and had a tow in 20 minutes. Overpriced and unethical. Don't give them your credit card information until after you've got your tow truck. They want the cr info up front!!! They wanted to charge my card $49 for a "cancellation fee" bc I wouldn't shell out $135 for their overpriced basic service. I cancelled my card before they could charge their "fake" cancellation fee.

I made mistaken for called this company to tow my low stance sport car. They said they have flat bed but end up show up with unprofessional two guys. Seems like one guy was training another new guy at the time. End up park so close to my car while then pushing car down from exhaust shop lift. Bend my rear exhaust. End up cost me hundreds of dollars more, they didnt responsible for it and even be unprofessional on the phone when I report to them. Never again with this company. Trust me!

Horrible service !!! Called and told me that a driver was near by and it wouldn't be that long of a wait.... over an hour later and called again and said he'll be there in a few minutes after I told them I wanted to cancel they would still charge $50 cancellation fee after waiting for over an hour and they put me on hold to see where he was and finally got back to me and told me he was 20 min away. ... what ? Horrible service after waiting for an hour I called them and ask for an eta on there driver they told me that the driver got ahold of me and that I had canceled the trip which I never did or did I ever talk to any driver. Maria the dispatch girl said I had two choices either wait another hour or I can call someone else I told her I would call someone else and that I wanted the 42 dollar cancellation fee waive since the screw up was on there end and she assured me no charges will be charges to my account. Horrible. Rude right off the bat. Disorganized, every person trying to rework the deal for more money each time I talked to someone new. Kept putting me on long holds and saying they were 5 minutes alway. I'd wait 15 minutes, call back, they'd be rude, say no one told me they were 5 minutes away before, but now they were 5 minutes away. 15 minutes later, call back... same thing.
Eventually this random looking guy and a girl pull up in a Prius, open my door, and then the guy try's to add in some additional bs charges.
Quoted 30-45 minutes, was almost 2 hours later.

I have used this tow service 3 times in the last 2 months and each time he has been so helpful and even though I called with pick ups that are needed same Day they were there. I have had issues on my end with my truck so they know my address and truck when I call and we laugh about it I will be sharing their number with anyone I know because this guy has been a stand up guy and I thank you for such awesome service

I called this towing services explain on what's going the lady sounded all professional and it sounded good so I went in telling them that my father in law is stuck somewhere (I'm not gonna give location) but yes gave all my information that she ask. What she didn't do is give me a rate or how long its going to take. This towing company is pathetic. Starting with the supervisor. We called for a tow truck because the car would not start and they send a mini van with jumper cables. We cranked the car and it did not start, cranked again and it would not stay on. Long story short, we paid $165 for a guy in a mini van with jumper cables (not the tow truck we called for) and we still had to go buy gas and jumper cables. Then I call the supervisor asking for a refund and she claims they did a service. I told her we cranked it twice and her response was "oh so he gave you 2 jump starts" lol what a joke.

Do not use these guys for commercial towing. I was quoted $395 per hour for a medium duty tow. That is a little expensive, but okay. I was not told until the truck arrived that there was a two hour minimum charge for the trip and $400 to cancel the tow. I was in a jam, because I actually waited more than an hour because they sent the wrong truck initially, so I had to take it.
It wasn't until I got to my destination that they told me they were charging 3 hours for the trip because of their return trips as well.

Don't call these people. I was promised a tow truck in 30-40 minutes. Called them at 50 and they said they don't know if they have a driver. I asked them if there was going to be a driver coming... They said no.
I asked them if they had my number and could have called me to tell me no driver was coming. They said yes we have your number. We could have called.

Let me start off by saying that I'm really pleased by the level of customer service and understanding that this company offers. While in one of my most vulnerable and distraught moments, the representative from this towing company arrived within 15 minutes of my phone call, just as they said they would. I'd never had to get a tow before, and so I was a little nervous and unsure of the entire situation, but the wonderful customer service and professionalism put me at ease.
I highly recommend this towing company over any other!
