Do not use this place!! I called for their service and the person on the phone said the driver will call me within 5- 10 minutes. So I go outside to work on something in the front yard with my cellphone on me. I am waiting and I finished my front yard project. 21/2 hours later no call and no show. I called the tow service back to cancel because I called the car shop and they said by the time I arrive with my vehicle they can't work on it till the next day. I am very frustrated. This place also charge 50.00 for cancelation. I was desperate at the time I should have looked at the reviews. Beware

Indecent company just looking to upcharge and get you caught in its web of lies! They collected my credit card information over the phone and said the cost would be up to $250, depending on the service. I was at home when my sister called me to tell me about her car issue. My sister had two flat tires and was stuck only 18 miles from home. I called this company with faith thinking, since it's a close distance, the charge was gonna be about $125 at most. Wait time ended up being 1 hour instead of the 20 minutes I was quoted for. After being told my charge was really $225, I couldn't cancel since

Such a bad experience with these people, we waited for 3 hours so a tow truck can come out and tow our car away. After waiting all that time we called to follow up, the young lady told us that the driver is 15 minutes away! not only dId they have us waiting on the phone for more than 30 minutes, they tell us that the driver is having car issues and the new ETA is an additional 45 minutes. Horrible service

The manager it's such a Chicken (I really want to say another word, trying to keep it classy) , they ask for my card info as a deposit, they NEVER SHOW UP. Wait for over 2 hours and they still charged me the $50 dls, when I tried to speak to the manager he didn't have the balls to answer the phone (couldn't keep it classy ) it's sad that you already having a bad day due to your car problems and then it gets worse....
Please don't make the same mistake look for someone also..

I called because I popped a tire & needed a tire change. I chose this place cause according to Yelp, it is down the street.
Anyways, the lady said 30-40 minutes & I said ok cool, whatever. The lady called back to tell me if i cancel it's $50 something. I WAITED A TOTAL OF 2 HOURS AND 17 MINUTES FOR A SERVICE that was over priced at $140. When I called the lady back after the first hour, she had attitude & told me they were 20 minutes away...which was false.
Save your money & your time.

Wow can you give a company a negative star first of all on hold for almost 5 minutes then gets on the phone very rude !!!Next comes a million questions about the car ....But not listening to any of my answers like she's fishing for ways to charge any extra $ for anything if we have to touch it if we have to move it if we have to put it in neutral is going to be a fee! Wow ...finally 7 mins into the call I have to cut her off and tell her the car rolls fine just how much to pick it up and take it to the location and with her stank attitude she gives me the price then hangs up on Me!

Over all dissatisfied with their service, they estimated that it would take them 45 minutes to pick me up initially. Then they told me to wait another 30 minutes. This went on until I waited 2 1/2 hours on the highway. I was pretty bummed out. The tow truck driver was super nice though and helpful. I thought the price was steep but I'm pretty broke, $312 for a tow seemed like a lot but I don't really have anything to compare it to.
