Although overall I'm not particularly enthusiastic over this service, which nevertheless AAA sends to you all the time, if you get Sergio you are definitely in luck! I've had him twice in the past couple of years, as I'm broke as hell right now and have to drive a very old car. He's kind and helpful and gives amazing service, goes far beyond what he needs to. As a middle-aged woman on my own, I appreciate someone in the automotive service industry who doesn't try to rip you off. If you have to use Budget, by all means try to get Sergio. I've had to use them before in the middle of the night, and

Budget towing are very scared people I have called over a dozen times to have a holes who Park wherever they want and my spot or in the middle of the parking lot for everybody to go around I always call to have them towed and nobody ever comes they are scared to go where anyone might tell them to take a hike I'm sure if I didn't live in an apartment complex they'd be more than glad to come and do something recommend anybody but them to tow away illegal parkers
