PREDATORY TOW COMPANY. I had my car parked in a 30m or less spot at CVS on Clearwater Beach at 8pm. Went in to buy my husband and 2 year old son medicine as well as did some shopping and my car was towed in 20-25 minutes. I'm 6 months pregnant and had to walk home while my husband went to get the car. His Uber driver said he recently took another family to the same place, of which their car was damaged. How is this even legal in the US?? How do I have no right to refute this charge??? $150 later and absolutely nothing I can do about it for not even breaking any laws or rules? SCAM. This place

One star is too much for this place I wouldn't even give it a .2. The driver showed up with extreme body odor, and extremely foul mouth, and a very bad attitude. Called in advance to recover a towed vehicle and had to wait almost 2 hours for them to show up to a 24-hour company. Use them at your own risk, and if you are a female, be extremely careful.

This company towed my car in a spot that had 30 mins and I had only been there for 9 mins!!!! We get to the site and pick it up and the guy took our information and seemed nice until my husband said we were going to dispute the charge..then the guy comes out and says the boss said the credit card machine was broken.. we had to call the cops and by some miracle the credit card machine started working!!! I will be looking into further legal action!! UPDATE: spoke to my bank and they revised the charges!! This company has a bad reputation with charges!!

Your Driver Scott is a VERY RUDE and doesn't care for the safety of people and he is unprofessional He was driving over the posted speed limit BACKWARDS and almost hit someone. Next time he decides to drive like that the police will be called for his reckless driving. He was speeding down a street to the corner where another car could have been coming and he would have hit them and could have done bodily harm to someone.

UPDATE FROM THE ABOVE REVIEW FROM A NICHOLE: I was too angry to drive so I pulled over to write the above statement. When I got home my son drew a picture of a tow truck. He said that man was bad and made me angry then began to cry. I had to explain to him and my daughter that sometimes people are unnecessarily mean and don't apologize for it but the most important thing is that everyone left the situation physically ok. All is well now so there's no need to cry. Imagine being 3 and 4 years old watching your mom be verbally attacked by a male stranger.

My son parked his car in a $35 parking lot. He put two of the letters of his license plate backwards but it was VERY clear and I'm sure any idiot could have seen that this was his vehicle. Considering the fact that he was parked in a numbered spot as well. This tow company towed his vehicle costing me a trip to Clearwater and $200. Now the parking company says they won't refund even the $35. I understand that wrecker companies are generally not the friendliest, but had no idea they were also ignorant.

This business is dirty multiple tires, broken lawn chairs, trash everywhere. Their towing signs are not accurate. I was towed from Clearwater beach . I paid a public parking meter was facing the parking spot I was in. There was a rusty old pole where their old towing sign must’ve been. There are no other signs saying you will be towed on the row of cars closest to the public parking meter. The only signs visible are up on the side of the CVS building. As I was ordering coffee at the McDonald's on Clearwater Beach one of the tow truck drivers named George , from creations towing,comes in the McDonald's and ask everyone in McDonald's if they owned any of the cars outside to which every one replied yes, of course,lol, then he promptly runs out of the door, backs his wrecker up to my vehicle as I'm standing there watching waiting on my coffee and proceeds to hook on to it. After going outside and letting him know I was still inside waiting on my coffee ,he dropped it and apologized. Everyone was taking videos of George for some reason , and complaining

This company is by far the worst company .. our vehicle was picked up today from Clearwater beach.. mind you we had paid our parking ticket.. buy just because we had California plates .. they picked our car... this is how they make their money... after getting our car out.. my husband told then this was illegal.. and after we left the tow truck... creations towing truck .. followed us and was throwing stuff to our car... I have a recording of them following us.. and also made a report with the police...

This is an absolute horrible business. They towed our car which is absolutely fine because we were parked illegally but the struggle to get our car back was ridiculous. We called the company and asked if our car was there and they said yes so we got an Uber and went to the place. There was no one there, in a bad part of town, and extremely hot and 4 teenage girls. We called them and said we were at the gate and they said they would send someone out. Wow, I can't comprehend how a business is allowed to run this way. When I arrived to this junkyard of an establishment, the worker told my group and I to sit outside on the pavement. 80 degrees outside, no reasonable accommodation. Not only that, but we were also told to pay $145 cash (How convenient for them) because they didn't have an ATM and the closest one was a mile walk away and you can't get exact change. Came here when we got towed, regardless of the 4 hours we paid for parking. There are no waiting rooms and almost nobody speaks English. We sat outside for over an hour in 80 degree weather waiting for our vehicle, no water, no Human Resources. EXTREMELY UNCIVILIZED AND INHUMANE.
Edit: Forgot to mention, they won't take cards they will make you walk to the nearest atm, cash only. They don't have change either they prey on people not having exact cash. They will make you either go get exact cash or they will gladly take your extra $5 they know you have no other option.

Absolutely disgusting company. So trashy. The man I spoke with on the phone who was apparently "in charge" and he was ignorant, disrespectful, and incredibly rude. I parked somewhere for 6 minutes, (on Clearwater beach) they admitted to using entrapment to watch lots.
