Always towing was phenomenal! I was trying to get my Mom's Monte shipped back to Ohio. The trailer driver was not told the car was inoperable. DIMMICK chev left me high and dry, Allways managed to tow the car from the service area to the rig. He backed up to the rig and somehow he managed to line up the tires to transfer the car to the rig. If that wasnt enough, he then needed to get the car scooted over a couple inches to line it up on the rig better. He used a heavy chain on a tree, another cloth covered one on one of the tires, and winched the car over a bit. Perfect! I only know of tow drivers

Allways Towing earned its five star review very easily. My insurance company called them at 11pm at night to tow my abandoned vehicle to the mechanic. They sent me an estimated time of arrival by text within 10 minutes including the cell phone of Roy the driver. When I followed up with a call, Roy said he would call me when he was 15 minutes away and that meant I could spend more time at home watching TV, and less time at my vehicle. Roy was precisely on time and had with him a new flat-bed tow truck as I requested. He quickly loaded my car (which still could drive so that helped) and followed

They dropped a disabled vehicle in two parking spots, got paid and when we noticed it was parked incorrectly almost refused to come back and fix the problem. VERY RUDE. He did come back and while here he fixed the issue but was extremely nasty to us in the process. Then his wife went on our Yelp site and decided to put bad reviews for our business even though WE were their customer, they have never been our customer.

My Dad broke down last Sunday and every place we called had a 2-3 hr wait time. The customer service of each place we called was horrible. I came across Allways Towing on my search and when we called they were extremely helpful and very friendly. They estimated a 30 min wait time and even showed up a couple mins early! My Dad was extremely pleased with the service and the price was fair as well! Highly recommend!

These guys will charge triple what they should. My car broke down entering the interstate so I used my not-so-smart Blackbery to call these guys. Less than 2 miles up the interstate to the next exit, a few blocks from there to the repair facility....less than 5 miles total, $114!! ASK them about ALL charges and fees before you hire them. They charged me for the towing and additionally for some bogus service fee.

I locked my keys in my car. I found this company, which advertised $39 for a service call. After my car was unlocked, I got the bill -- $94.00. Their labor fee was $55!! It took the driver 10 minutes to unlock the car, at the very most. A $55 labor fee for 10 minutes of work amounts to $330 an hour -- the equivalent of someone who makes nearly $700,000 annually.
