The owner is very unethical. They towed my trailer and by the time I realized the document that they mailed wasn't spam, I had already owed just under $500. They put "boat" as the vehicle towed so I ignored the document because my boat was safe and secure on my lift. They told me that I could come the next day to pick up the trailer. When I arrived, the place was closed and unmanned. The owner finally arrived after calling the police on me and demanded that I pay with cash and have my registration with me. The document that they sent me identified me as the owner so having registration

Of course my car stalled at the end of an exit on 275 in the middle of the night, in the rain. Elvis towing was the first one on the scene, about 30 minutes after I called them. The guy was super nice, which I thought was such a treat, and he got us to the dealership quickly. Also, don't forget to tip the driver!!!

Imagine....a Sunday afternoon with 90 plus degree day in the middle of the coronavirus and being more 75 miles from home and having your vehicle break down. after numerous phone calls, none of the "local" companies were willing to tow us home. We called Elvis Towing and they got a truck rolling to us. Once the driver got to us, within a matter of minutes of his arrival we were loaded onto his truck and headed home. Reasonably priced for that distance.

Great service! Elvis Towing came thru after several towing services turned away. Elvis Towing are reliable, professional, and highly skilled. Thank you Joey for the great help! You helped my family when we needed it the most. Jody was able to get the car out of a tight spot, delivered the car with care, and was able to place the car in the spot we wanted.

Best towing company in St. Pete, hands down for me. I have used twice, double flats on a Jeep Wrangler on 4th Street and an Infiniti on 54th Ave S that died. On the Jeep occasion, they showed up within 30 minutes (promised 45 mins). I asked for a recommendation to take it and he offered two suggestions, and the one I selected was excellent, which we regularly use now for minor repairs.
The second episode was with the Infiniti and again they (Jody was the driver) was a lifesaver. We had gone through our towing service and was referred to Victory Towing (a nightmare of epic proportions!!). After

My vehicle recently broke down on the side of I-275. After AAA "accidentally" canceled my first request for service, I was informed that they would be sending a tow truck from several counties away, but didn't know when it would arrive. The timeframe was anywhere from 4-5 hours. This left me waiting on the side of the interstate in the dark, which… is beyond dangerous here in Florida given the number of distracted/impaired drivers we seem to have. I decided to call Elvis Towing & Transport and was certainly not disappointed by my decision. Their driver, "Rescue" Rick, was at my location

I have had the same insurance coverage for 30 years. Submitted 4 claims. 1 was my fault. So, when you're really in trouble on the side of the skyway bridge you expect your company to send the best service. Not so. 3.5 hours later And no T N T towers. This company answered their phone, arrived in 45 minutes and had a delightful man drive us to our destination in Sarasota. He even ask to make sure we had rides home! The troopers checked on us frequently and this man took great care of us. A late night but no thanks to my insurer we stayed safe!

I actually had a five-star experience but I am hesitant to give a 5-star rating based on a single experience with a business of a type that has a reputation for inconsistency. Not saying Elvis is going to be inconsistent. What I'm saying is I'm hedging my rating a bit because of insufficient input.
Anyway, the lady on the phone with super. She gave an arrival time that was very reasonable, about 20 minutes from when I called. And the driver showed up in that time.!!!

Had to get my car towed for some mechanical issues. I have always thought of tow guys as someone you do not want to deal with. Not the case with these guys.
The lady on the phone was very pleasant, they only charged $85 bucks, and the dude, Jody, was pretty nice and friendly.
First time, dealing with a towing service, I would recommend these guys.
