The Sage Stroke Program is catered to patients who are seeking an intensive rehab experience that focuses on improving function and returning to life roles. Sage uses an interdisciplinary approach to address a person as a whole in order to maximize recovery. The Stroke program can be in either an outpatient or day neuro format.
The Lee Silverman Voice Treatment, also known as LSVT, is an evidence-based treatment protocol designed to target the effects of Parkinson's disease such as the smaller, slower movements and lower volume of speech. Research indicates that exercise prescriptions designed for individuals with Parkinson's disease can slow the rate of progression of the disease.
