Jefferson Manor has a awesome, carrying administrator that will go to bat for the residents as well as his staff because ( Todd Ford) he is for whats right , and as long as one is doing what is expected,weather it is staff,residents, or family members, they have his full suport in a no worry, and peaceful, stress free envovement, were the management is all about team work.
