In a perfect world one might like to believe that somewhere on this small planet there might be a tow truck company that works directly with law enforcement that has one spec of integrity or decency. Well, you won't find him at G & W towing. Let me tell you what kind of folks you will encounter. When I was towed the other night for having an expired cdl I left my last $21 in the center console. When I picked up the car for a a Christmas discounted fee of $489.00 I was hoping to use my last twenty to get a drink or something to eat. I am sure you will be surprised to know that the $21

This place is the most unprofessional business I have come across. Not only was Alex cussing at me because I wanted to see if the car would roll. To safely load it on my car hauler but he said your a tow truck driver figure it the F*** out. He needs to be fired cuz he does not represent this company good.

I called G &W Towing and requested a flatbed tow of my vintage Mercedes Benz. Less than 25 minutes later Max arrived and carefully loaded and safely transported the car to its destination a few miles away. Max was cleans and courteous and took great care in the handling if my car.

SCAMMERS! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS! I paid for/picked up my towed car (I went out of town without knowing there was a 72-hour city ordinance on public street parking) from them back in early May, but I received a letter from the DMV dated August 26th that they opened a lien on my car and that I had 10 days to appeal it. So I went to the tow company in person to ask about it and they told me that the DMV is back-logged but that I didn't need to do anything about this notice since the car was already in my possession.

PRELUDE:My teen daughter forgot to renew her tags & got (rightly) towed by G&W. Live & Learn, right? Brought her along to teach her how to go out of the way to be extra nice to folks at Tow Yards & such bc they get a lot of undeserved grief. Sadly, my daughter only witnessed flat-out lying, as an employee right before our eyes & for his own entertainment put on a show which caused us, what woulda been a 1 day fix, to 3 full days

These guys were unbelievably horrible and I would never use them again. As soon as they got it, they sent a letter saying they were going to sell it at auction. I got it out of there as soon as I could! It was $650 for 5 days. They don't take credit card over the phone, have to come in person, which is the worst since you don't have a car at the time, so I had to do 2 uber trips just to tell them my credit card numbers in person.

I had my mom's car towed due to a small accident(hit a curb). When I found out, I called immediately to take it out. When I arrived and paid, I noticed that my mom was concerned. When I asked her why she looks upset, she said that they went thru my stuff. I am mas that they went thru her stuff and in the trunk everything was moved.
Why were they going thru her stuff? I asked my boyfriend and he said the drivers steal a lot.
They also ruined her registration, it was in the middle and my mom found it on the floor car ripped and stepped on with grease.

I came to come pick up a car at 4:45 and was talking to the guy and wanted to go get my card because didn't have enough cash. He said to come back before 530 so I didn't get charged an after hour fee. I came back at 5:15 they're trying to charge me an $80 fee saying it was after 5pm. He called the guy and had misinformed infrormatjon and still they refused to do anything about it and I can talk to the manager tomorrow. With that also being charged another additional day fee. It's already bad enough that my car is in the impound and then to top it off just gonna rob you with

The driver Nick misguided us and assured everything is covered through insurance even asking multiple times but it wasn't. Charged $387 which is double than competitors in the area. Called his supervisor the next day to inform and If he could do something but he was extremely rude.
They are one of the most expensive towing company and then their customer service skills is just way unprofessional.
Would never recommend my friends and family to deal with this company.

Roadside called these guys to come pick up our car that wouldn't start in the garage. Upon getting out of the truck, I realized he wasn't going to wear a mask, I called him and asked him too. He was super short and rude on the phone. My husband was with the car and he completely gave my husband attitude. Had I known, I would have refused them to tow the car to the dealership and called road side again to send a new tow truck. There's a pandemic, people are dying, a mask shouldn't make someone rude....unless he just had a crap attitude overall. Needless to say, I called roadside

Car was in an accident on Friday and this company was called by the Newport Beach police. I told them that I needed to get items from the car but they did not allow me the opportunity nor did they allow me to step onto the tow truck to get all of my items. A garage door opener as well as an envelope of receipts needed as evidence for a lawsuit were missing when I went to the pound on the next business day, Monday. Service was rude and process of getting items was not helpful to a customer in shock from a car accident with air bag deployed.
