Took 2+ hours but they originally said 45 minutes. We called 1+ hours in and they said 15 more minutes. Waited another hour and nothing. Called again- they hung up on us. We almost canceled it but they shower up around 2 1/2 hours later. Towing service itself was ok.
After the tow, the guy said his boss wanted $300, even though the agreed price was $220, as if that's not already over priced.
Do not recommend, 0 stars if I could, but I guess the 1 star is that the driver was pretty nice and his parallel parking was raw.

Apparently they only want high dollar tows. I asked for a tow of a few miles $100 quoted. Set an appointment, and no show. Called in and was put on hold every time. The customer service reps cant spell, or comprehend phone numbers. Ill be buying AAA. Avoid this place.

I initially asked for a tow for a 1 mile trip. We worked out a deal, and they said they’d be there in 45-50 minutes. I waited an hour and no one called or showed up. I decided to attempt to drive my car home and somehow made it. I called to cancel, and they took $50 from me for cancelling even though the driver they were sending wasn’t planning on arriving for another hour after that cancellation phone call (a total of 2.5 hours of waiting). Rapid Towing is crooked for taking money from people for cancelling when that cancellation is not costing them a dime.

So I had a bad day my tires got slashed this morning and I was scrambling around trying to get my car towed till finally I called rapid towing and this awesome guy showed up to help me and his name is Guy awesome guy, super thankful he did a great job and took me to a tire shop to get everything fixed, so grateful he was able to help me.

Worst towing service of my life. Definitely learned to get AAA from now on. The driver showed up 2 hours late. They try to charge me more then the price discussed. The driver says I can’t go with to the location of where the car is going. The location is 1 hour and 30 minutes away. The driver shows up 4 hours late, it’s not even the same driver. It’s another driver with my vehicle, I do not know what they did to my car for four hours without me knowing. Everything seemed fishy. Once they got to the location they started saying I didn’t pay them. I paid them prior. Luckily, I video recorded

Had a flat tire. Called this company and the dispatcher said the service would arrive to my location in about 45-50 minutes, which was accurate. The tow driver was nice and my tire was replaced in about 5 minutes.
The total of the tire replacement was $135. That's what I get for not having AAA. I'll be getting AAA STAT.

The dispatcher will tell you a price range. The person they send over will overprice within the price range - they might expect you to haggle some because of this. The whole process is very informal, be warned. There are no rules. They may say one thing then do another. This is a small business. As much as they try to make it legit, they are probably just friends running the business. Which is perfectly fine. And good. Thank you - for helping me out, and having a chat with me as well. These is the worse service .. they quote it $35 to $85 for opening the door .. they took more than 1 hour to come and the guy say it would be $85 plus $49 of his service . We say no it way too much that Maritza never say any extra fee. He goes and talks on the phone and say his boss say $104 we say no and his all rude and say you still owned me $49 because I came here . He kept saying call Maritza and I would do it for $85 if she never told you about fee. I did and what a surprise it direct me to his personal phone . If I could review this as a NEGATIVE star, I would. Our delivery driver broke down on the side of the highway at 6:30am. We googled + found a towing company in the vicinity and called them. We were told they had a driver 30 minutes away, so we filled out their credit card form, sent it back + the tow driver was "dispatched". We had to call this company NUMEROUS times to find out where their tow truck was. It was always 25-30 minutes away. Needless to say, it wasn't. By the time their tow truck got to our driver, it was 11:30am. Yep- 5 HOURS LATER! Unbelievable, how horrible this

I just used their roadside assistance service. The dispatcher was evasive about quoting me a price on a jump start but I finally got him to quote me about $80, which is fair. A van showed up, not even a towing service, jumped my car which took 5 minutes, charged me $144. What could I do? I was stranded.
I called the dispatcher to tell him that the price was ridiculous and they are taking advantage of stranded motorists. He answered back some scripted excuse saying that because of the rain it cost more.
