By far the most unprofessional towing company ever . This company is contracted with AAA & I thought they might just give quality service . Boy was I wrong . First off the tow truck guy named Jose was at the wrong destination and could not take directions properly . Not to mention he was late . Which caused the mechanic to close and now I have to take my car home and retow it again when it reopens . Then I ask how much it would be to tow my car . ( keep in mind I already navigated and Knew exactly how many miles it was to my destination ) . First he gave me a reasonable quote for $40 (10$/mile

I was involved in an accident on a Monday night. A and B towed my car and gave me their information. Tuesday morning I got a panicked call from my Insurance company. They were told by A and B Towing that they never towed the car and they must have the wrong information. I called A and B Towing and was told the vehicle was not there. The driver did not introduce himself. He offered to take my car to his yard and I politely refused. After hooking up the car he again offered to take it to his yard stating it’d be easier since it was probably going to be totaled by the insurance company. I again refused. Had a flat tire at John Wayne Airport. It was explained to the towing company that I was in the below ground parking. Not sure why, but after 45 minutes of waiting, they sent out a huge flat bed truck that was too tall to go underground. I asked the driver if he could being his jack down the ramp or use mine to fix it but he said his jack was too heavy and he wasn't going to use mine. He then just drove away!!!
