Very professional!!!! Needed a forklift taken in for service, the operator of the two truck took every safety precaution to secure our equipment and get it to it's destination. He returned to the service center and reloaded our and returned our equipment with no complications!!!!!

Horrible!! Took my credit card info, promised me a new battery, then subcontracted the call. Subcontractor did not have my credit card info so tried to charge me a second time then installed a refurbished battery. Brady Bros website makes promises they don't have any intention of keeping. They don't even do their own work. CALL SOMEONE ELSE unless you plan to get ripped off.

Do not get your car towed from Brady Bros towing. They will waste your time and if you can even get a tow truck to you from this company they will try to charge you more than the original quoted price. I called to get my car towed and was quoted a wait of 45 minutes and a fee of 109$ to a max of 135$. After about an hour of waiting the driver called us to say that the fee was $109 + $50 + $10 per mile. We called the number to talk to someone about the cost and they told us that we would have to talk to the driver and tell them our quoted price. After that we could not contact the driver. We waited

So I called to get my car towed. Gave them my info and they told me they would be there 30 to 45 min. I followed up after the 45 min. Was on hold for 20 min. Told me the driver would contact me in 20. They never contacted me and thus never towed my car. Idk how people can have low standards for themselves. I wish them the best. Tldr: Had been charged $134 for just a tire change. Asked for cancelation, which is $49 fee. Haven't been given the refund for that $134. If I don't get this refund and then charged 49 as per their procedure, I'm gonna have to say it's a scam. Overall, quite the rip off too. You pay a company for a guy who would have taken 5 minutes to change the tire, maybe 30 minute of towing if it resorted to it. The hourly wages isn't even that high on average.

My situation was that my boyfriend and my car had a flat tire. We weren't unable to change to the spare tire. The price range the person said was apparently $84-$134. So we thought that changing a tire wouldn't be that

Id give it negative stars if possible. The receptionists were rude. Kept telling me the tow would come in 5 min. Then 15 min past after i was waiting an hour an half and nothing. I called multiple times and i got rude responses and even got hung up on. All i needed was a basic tow. When im also 9 miles from the shop itself.

Be careful with this company. I had flat tire yesterday night and had to call nearby towing service. They claimed that they can make it to me in 15 minutes and need my card info first.
30 minutes later i called them and they said they are 3.4 miles away. 15 minutes after they called me asking where i am ( i already provided very clear information at first call ), and i ask if they can't make it in about 10 minutes i would cancel. They said its my choice ( sounds like they are happy). Today i see a charge $49 and i am going to dispute it.
This is the US where you cant make money without actually

How unprofessional all of the staff there !!!
I had to call 2 times a day everyday for a receipt and they keep saying they will email have not receive anything they have bad attitude. Bad customer service do not call them seriously bad!!!!!! Talked to maria she sounds so ghetto the way she was talking to me and tim the owner had no apologies after all it took do not support a company like this not worth your money, time or energy

I just found out how lucrative this roadside assistance job is. All I need is a tire change. Last time it took less than 10 minutes. The man didn't even break into a sweat because he had electric car jack. This time I called Brady for a quote and it's roughly $100 or more. Crazy. And they advertised flat fee for tire change, but when I called I was given a range of price. I smell a rat

I called these guys since they were nearby and they gave me a 45 minute wait time. The truck arrived early but I was confused as it said B And A Towing on the side. The load and unload was quick, while the driver was friendly. I was shocked to find out I was charged $135 for 2.9 miles. Needless to say I recommend no one else makes the same mistake as myself.

Biggest cheats ever. First they told me that the driver will be sent in 1 hour, they send the driver 2:30 later. They started to quote a price for $160 and after the towing was done, they charged me $320 and told me they will discount and give me $270. I have been asking for an invoice with complete break down and have called them multiple times. They are not providing the invoice and have turned to being rude now. They put my call either on hold or don't answer at all. I am going to either take legal action or going to go to consumer protection agency to take further action. This kind of

I called these guys since they quoted a 30 minute ETA. 45 min in, I called and they said they'd come in 5 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes in, and they said they'd come in another 10 minutes. Basically, I should have called any of the other towing companies for a fraction of the price.

I would give negative stars if I could. Had a basic tire change and when they came out they said it was $130 for the change and $49.99 just to come out. Totally ridiculous. Of course I'm stuck and they know it. Don't call them. Apparently they're a dispatching company...?? They take a huge portion and pay subcontractors a tiny amount. We called for a tow this evening. My wife was told it would be a 30 minute wait and was given a range of fees. She was told $55 for the tow and $45 - $80 for the hookup. This company called someone from their Anaheim office that was already on a call (I'm assuming) during rush hour to assist us in Lake Forest; because it took almost two hours for the truck to arrive. We called at the 1 hour mark and spoke to a supervisor by the name of Nick, he was completely apologetic and offered a discount. Somehow the math just did not add up at the end. The driver
