The place is very close to railroad so every night you would think there is earthquake ! too many rules and the rules changes all the time ! and they will stole your deposit for some nonsense fees !

Not only do we pay close to 2k for the apt only one person gets a parking spot. I would say 3/4 of the cars parked in here are people not affiliated with the apartments. If you get in late from work forget it (past 5 pm) get ready to park near Carl's Carl's Jr. I've never regretted living anywhere but here. Problems after problems.

Horrible policy, no fair at all! A star is a lot for 60’s old Cummunity! even if you left the apartment super clean, they let you pay cleaning and painting fee! For what! For two bed room $700!!! renting a house in best place in orange won’t let pay a penny for painting or cleaning. Every month different manager and each one has different rules and opinions.

Just want to start off stating we almost didnt move here because of bad reviews. Yes the no central a/c is an issue. In the 2 bedrooms I personally need to use a portable ac unit because it gets hot back there. If you plan on living comfortably your electric bill will be more exspensive. Yes you can always open all the windows because it is a pretty quiet complex. Also it is a older complex so the issues I have with the complex aren't a surprise. The major complaint I have is people not picking up after there dogs. Parking is fine. People are friendly. Staff is great. I have no issue with bugs

We have lived here for about 3 months and we love it! dont believe all the reviews you read I learned that a long time ago. The staff is amazing! Sherrie, Amy and Lena are amazing and super accommodating. they are always friendly and very helpful and always there to answer any questions we have. the grounds are well maintained and it's very family friendly. and pet friendly :) others complain about the train on some of the reviews but honestly it's not bad we are as close as you can get to the train and I dont really notice it that much at all. parking isn't bad either I was a little nervous but

The location is terrific esp walkable to nice restaurants, Cinema City and a Wholesome Choice just next to the apt; where you can pick international grocery. While the service needs are attended to in time, the condition of the apartment itself is too old and things are done just to look fine :(.. As someone pointed out, do write off the deposit as the charges are arbitrary even though we leave it in good shape. Also pest issues were there and never rectified even after service.

I have not lived here, but have tried to.
Pros
-Grounds are nice and seem to be kept current.
-Lots of parking for guests
-Fair price
Cons
-They don't call you back
-Even if you call several times in one day, they don't answer or return calls
-They increase the cost of rent each week or so on listings
-Everything is done online, they wouldn't take cash to hold the listing at the advertised price.
-Rent on the place I was looking at was $1195, next day it was $1210, now its $1225 - I wont rent here now out of principle.
