Our courteous and dedicated staff is led by Lori Lyons, Broker, Owner. She relocated to the Miami Valley area in 1997. Lori has almost two decades of experience in the property management field. She is responsible for the daily operations, marketing, client communication and direct supervision of staff members.

We just applied for a rental and was turned down because of my credit. I wasn't the primary applicant but I was listed as such which I don't understand. My Husband (Kevin) still hasn't received anything to show if his credit history was checked so I don't think that's its right to charge us for an application with no proof that it was ran.
I have called and asked for another email with no success and we are still waiting and checking the spam folder as requested. If you charge for 3 applications, please don't lie to people and only run 1 or 2 people's information.

Rented property for two years and we agreed several times for them to do home inspections and we passed every single one. Once we moved out of property we where charged $200 dollars for them to vacuum five small rooms. You will be lied too and scammed out of your security deposit. Please beware

If you are a student DO NOT apply to live in any of their properties. I’m a full-time medical student and applied to live in a property. They first said they couldn’t approve my application because my employment wasn’t local to the property, then said they couldn’t take student loan reimbursements or bank statements to show sufficient income. I offered to cut a check for the ENTIRE YEAR’S RENT up front and they still wouldn’t rent to me with no rhyme or reason. Sorry, but there’s absolutely no logic behind this. I took this as they are inherently biased against renting to students

Avoid these scammers! i gave the 35 app fee and when i called to check the status they put me on hold and then blocked my number. i reported it to my bank and thats when they texted me they was refunding the money. they never said why they wasnt going to rent to me. im black and male you do the math.
