Terrific! I started seeing Dr. McFaul in 2019 to address pain in my teeth. Dr. McFaul identified all of the problems and explained my choices in a very helpful way. I could tell he really cared about my dental health, and he even consulted with another dentist before making recommendations for treatment. Dr. McFaul is a very gentle practitioner and he really takes his time to make sure everything goes smoothly. We even texted and used FaceTime to communicate during the covid crisis. Oh, and his dentist chairs massage, and you can watch Netflix during the procedure. Doesn't get any better!

I cannot say enough good things about this business! The number of 5 star reviews speaks for itself. I was so relieved to have found Dr. Wong to help fix some previous dental work at another dentist in town. The front desk staff and hygenists are friendly and helpful. I really appreciate Dr. Wong's high quality work, her bedside manner and sense of humor, and the attention to detail, both in the comfort of the office, as well as in the amount of information they track regarding your dental history.

I don't like doing bad reviews. This is just based on my experience. The family was great, they are personal and down to earth.
I just had a bad payment experience. I was given a quote based on my insurance. After getting fillings I was told that I would pay $262 out of pocket. I allowed the dentist to do as much work he can do for me. It was December and my insurance was going to run out. I might as well support a local practice instead of letting my insurance go to waste.
I was ok with paying a certain amount out of pocket but I just want fair transparency if I'm going to get a

I decided to change my dentist recently and did a lot of research for dentists convenient to me with a family practice. I chose this place seeing the amazing reviews all over the web and how they're super personable and actually get to know their patients on a more personal level so that they can better relate and make you comfortable there. I super appreciated the detail and thoroughness Dr. Wong went through just for my consultation. I wasn't able to finish within an hour since i didn't know consultations were over an hour so i had to leave to return to work, but i was allowed

I've had the good fortune of having Dr. McFaul as my dentist. He is considerate, thoughtful, professional, and an exceptional craftsman. He is extremely passionate about his work and making sure you are fully educated about the procedures. He makes you aware of all the considerations and gives great advice taking into consideration your age, dental history, and cosmetic priorities. And most importantly, his handy work is as good as it gets.
The staff is amazing as well. The hygienists are meticulous and thorough. They are also passionate about their work. I've gone over time on my cleaning

Joel McFaul is the nicest guy plus he's thoughtful, considerate, candid and his standards are very high so he does the job in a way that I'm perfectly happy with. I just got a filling today, and strange to say it I just left the office beaming. I trust him with my dental care and recommend him without hesitation.

We still love Dr. Joel. My son is now 7 years old and unfortunately in the dental issues lottery, he (like I did too at his age) is not doing so great. Despite diligently brushing twice a day and flossing at night, coming in for twice-annual cleanings and exams, and even getting the coating to deter plaque, he's had a few cavities develop in those hard-to-reach between-the-molar areas, and even had to get one lower molar removed due to infection (which also became painful for him before we realized the problem). Dr. Joel says that some people/kids are just born with "sticky enamel"

I've been going to Dr. McFaul over the last year and I can highly recommend him to anyone who may be looking for a new dentist. You can immediately tell he's passionate and cares about his patients. He explains everything you need to know VERY thoroughly and makes recommendations but ultimately leaves it to your decision. Not to mention, their front office staffs and dental hygienists are extremely friendly
Plus he's got TVs set up in each seat with hulu, netflix, and etc (which he is very proud of) so you can literally netflix and fill (chill) your cavities.

Dr. McFaul continues to impress me. AMAZING dentist that I've referred several people to. He practices with his wife Dr. Wong, who I've heard from my roommate that she's equally as wonderful.
I'm very particular when it comes to my teeth, and Dr. McFaul is so NICE and UPBEAT and explains EVERYTHING you need to know. He is also very conservative when it comes to density, as in if you are having pain in a tooth he will do everything possible to prevent a root canal.

I found Dr. Betty Wong through yelp about 10 months ago, so it only seems right that I leave a review here. They just re-did their office and it's such a calm space. The dental chairs will give you a massage while your teeth are being looked over. Looking beyond the bells and whistles I've been in for two cleanings and a filling, am really happy with their work! Betty took such care while doing a simple filling, the dental work really had very little impact on my day. I highly recommend giving this place a try. Great for all levels and ages of care!

My review for Dr. Wong is long overdue but it is so well deserved! I was referred to Dr. Wong by my coworker ( who raved about her) and I went to go see her for a routine check up as well as to see if I should get my wisdom teeth removed. As someone who is deathly afraid of going the dentist, I now look forward to seeing Dr. Wong for every check up. She is so kind and thoughtful and extremely detail oriented. Dr. Wong and her staff changed all of that.
Last December, I was in excruciating pain due to a fractured molar.
I called several dentists that day without success,.Angie sensed the panic in my voice and squeezed me in for an appointment that very same day.
A digital x-ray later, the fracture was obvious and I decided on extraction.
She explained in great detail what she was going to do, before and during each procedure.
The extraction was painless, compared to the pain I was already in, I experienced relief

My coworker recommended Dr. McFaul to me. I wasn't satisfied with my previous dentist, and wasn't willing to travel to my hometown (an hour away) to see him. Because of past experience with other dentists, I was a bit nervous when I first visited Dr. McFaul's office.

We found Dr McFaul a couple days before Xmas when my 17 month old boy got most but not all of his front tooth knocked on a Sunday night and was bleeding profusely. I called several pediatric dentists (16) at 8pm on the emergency lines and only 1 called me back (Dr McFaul) at 11:45pm. I had managed to get my question answered by my dentist who calmed me down and asked us to bring our son by before we left to the airport the next day.
Unfortunately the dentist said there was part still inside and that we should see a pediatric dentist or oral surgeon he tried many but they were gone for Xmas break

So during the first appointment Dr Mcfaul took 2 hours photographing/probing/measuring/xraying/tapping my mouth. I was skeptical of the exam - I just wanted a filling, not entrance past ellis island! Turned out the meticulous exam is what helps Dr Mcfaul do his thing like no one else - and I've had a lot of work done in my young life (root canals, crowns, fillings, etc). I'm very pain sensitive, but with Dr Mcfaul my 3 fillings were literally painless and took 30 minutes total! He is the best!
