With low radiation digital xrays, intra-oral photos and extra-oral photos, we perform a complete health evaluation of your facial muscles, jaw joints, tooth structure, gum tissue, supporting bone, and esthetic appearance of your teeth. Dr. Vo is the worst dentist!! Her bad dentistry has already cost me thousands of dollars. She insisted on performing two minor fillings on the same day that she did a deep cleaning that involved numbing my gums. As a result, she didn't file down the fillings properly and i ended up cracking a tooth and suffering nerve damage because of the misalignment. Then came an abscess, a root canal, a crown and I will probably lose the impacted tooth all together which means I'll be looking at $10-$15,000 for an implant. The most ironic part is I barely needed the fillings, which she insisted on

Dr. Vo is the best dentist I have ever experienced. When Dr. Mairani sold his practice to Dr. Vo, I was worried because I really liked Dr. Mairani. Dr. Vo exceeded my expectations and then some. We moved from the San Francisco area about 3 years ago, yet I continued to see Dr. Vo when I traveled to San Francisco for business, which was often enough to keep seeing her. With COVID, I have not been traveling to San Francisco and am going to find a dentist in Bend. I am so disappointed to switch from Dr. Vo and cannot imagine anyone meeting her standard of care. Dentist is one of the services, where one relies on judgment of another for his/her own well being. It is important and takes time to develop trust. I had come to know Dr Vo through recommendation and stay with them for many years. The doctor and staff are always professional and have never steered me wrong.

Dr. Vo seems to be competent enough but she will try to upsell and make recommendations for services that are entirely unnecessary. She will offer a fluoride rinse after a cleaning with no indication that there is an additional fee and it is not covered by insurance. Most recently she recommended I get braces--I'm in my 50's. How could I possibly need braces at my age? She claimed that I grind my teeth at night. Not true, but if not braces she tried to sell me on a nightguard. My new dentist called BS.

Dr Vo provides detailed patient care. She has all the latest dental technology to discover hard to find cavities. She replaced many of my old fillings that were breaking down and added crowns where need. She explains everything she is doing and has been totally excellent! Her office runs extremely smooth, on time and efficient. I appreciate the text reminders for appts too. Great care, expert skill, friendly, and efficient!

It's simple: I need a good dentist, because of my dental history. Dr. Vo and her staff are amazing: their attention to your needs and professionalism make every visit a pleasant experience; and you'll have a hard time finding a dentist who is more concerned about your well-being after a procedure than Dr. Vo -- each time, she called me personally the day after to check up on how I was feeling. Nice!

I used Katherine's services for several months. Unlike other dentists I've used she appears to be focused on making money vs. the care. Always trying to sell me on something that I didn't need. Also, didn't feel she had the knowledge/experience of other dentists I've used. I want a dentist I feel I can trust - so I decided to leave.

I've been going to Dr. Vo for many many years. She and her staff are all very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I've had a fair amount of dental work done over the years from fillings to implants. All painless and any time I had questions, a very complete explanation was always provided. I can't imagine seeing any other person for my dental care.

Everyone is extremely nice and professional. Every visit has been efficient and painless.
Her office has great equipment where they take pictures to make sure you understand why they're recommending certain procedures. Dr. Vo is very professional, attentive and thorough. I've been going to her for a few years now and after her explanations, I've finally stuck with a good dental regimen. Dr. Vo has provided me with periodic cleanings, two crowns, a mouth guard for my grinding and a retainer (I used to have braces) so I can definitely vouch that all her work is superb. I highly recommend Dr. Vo to anyone looking for a dentist.
