I needed x-rays and stumbled into Diente Dental because they had a special offer. I'm apprehensive about dentist visits, but x-rays? I figured to be in and out and forward them to my regular dentist where I've at least established some "apprehension management." The experience at Diente gave me far more than I'd bargained for. First, the receptionist was nice and genuinely interested in signing me in, which was nothing like the benign indifference typical of medical office receptionists. It was my first time getting a cleaning since the pandemic and as someone who lives off of coffee and sweets-- I was really nervous about my teeth! I felt extremely at ease with Dr. Hazdovac who throughly checked all my concerns and gave me the best dental cleaning I've received.
The assistants went over how to best care for my oral hygiene as well as products I should use for my sensitivity. It was the best dental experience, and I was even able to get booked for treatment the next week. I feel like I'm in great hands at Diente Dental!

I've seen Dr. Heredia twice now, once a few months back for an urgent visit, and once a few days ago for a first time visit and cleaning. Everything went very smoothly both times and Dr. Heredia explains everything very thoroughly. The initial checkup was more thorough than I've had with recent dentists. I'll recommend Diente to anyone who asks.

I've been going to Diente Dental for years and I can't recommend them enough. Everyone is friendly, trustworthy, and kind. As a smaller office, you'll see the same people most of your check-ups, so if that's something you value in healthcare, this is the right place.

When my dentist left her SF practice I was left not knowing where to turn. I am so happy and grateful I found Dr Marcelo! She is AMAZING! But let me start with the fantastic front desk team who are so friendly and welcoming. I was very impressed with how fully transparent they were on all costs and options within insurance restraints. My dental technician is wonderful, she acts like we have been friends for 10 years and immediately puts me at ease whether I am in for just a check-up or 3 fillings! And then there is Dr Marcelo... Not only is she amazing at what she does, she is bubbly, efficient

If you're looking for a new dentist, look no further. Dr. Heredia is hands down the best. She's personable, genuine, caring, gentle, and explains her care thoroughly. And her team is equally excellent. They explain the insurance breakdown clearly. I know what I have to pay. There are no questions. And it's always easy for me to book an appointment. Can't say enough great things about this office.

A great office is based on who works there, there skills and attitude at starts with the Dentists setting an example and creating a culture. The Dentists and the staff are very friendly and professional. My recent visit was first visit in over a decade. Yes, I needed some dental work, despite a lack of cavities. The price was fare and they earned my trust in the first visit. Highly recommend!
