Dr. E has been my doctor for several years and has been the most attentive doctor I’ve had. She takes her time to actually listen to her patients and does everything in her power to get them the treatment they need. This clinic is one of the best clinics I have been to. The staff is so kind and receptive to my problems. The facilities are prestine and clean. On two separate occasions my appointment was scheduled but never entered. I showed up and the office was closed each time. At the time when I initially set up my appointment the receptionist said as a first time patient I could come on a saturday and that they fill ADHD meds. The day of my appointment I called to inquire why the doors were locked when I had an appointment scheduled, I was told that i must be mistaken because a date was never put in (both times.)I was then told that new patients aren't seen on saturdays and weekdays after 3:30. As if that were enough i was then told that they do

Update #4: WHAT THE HE\\ KIND OF "DOCTOR" YELLS AT HER PATIENT TO THE POINT OF NOT BEING ABLE TO VISIT WITH HER DISABLED BROTHER???? ALL I CAN SAY IS "QUACK F-ING QUACK." MEDICAL BOARD IT IS.

When we called to find out what happened, we were told the doctor wouldn't be back in until Monday....so she has to do MORE waiting, only for them to most likely tell her she needs to come back in. This place is ridiculous. Last thing I want to do is get the medical

I had an appointment scheduled for 11:45 AM. I arrived at 11:40 with my paperwork filled out. There were two other ladies waiting in the waiting room. I sat there and waited and waited and 20 minutes pass and I'm still waiting. I was on my lunch break (1 hour) and was expecting the appointment to run over a few minutes. However, I went to the receptionist and asked when I would be going back. I was informed that there was another patient in front of me.
