Horrible place, please protect your loved ones from this place. The 'director' is a bully who will terrorize your elderly mother if she leaves a honest review. She was so scared they'd hurt her husband in thier care she removed her honest negative review. Being incapable of accepting negative feedback and improving services based on feedback shows just how much you actually value your patients.

Ashlye McKesson and Linsey Tarkington have both been extremely helpful. They’ve supported me on both a professional and personal level at a time I’ve needed it the most. I would highly recommend this Healthcare facility. All of the nursing staff and management are very supportive. It makes you feel safe and cared for.

Very VERY rude people. Treat patients like garbage. Don't clean their rooms. Won't allow them to visit with family. Once 30 minutes is up , your kicked out. Literally kicked out. Won't answer questions , bring food , yeah it's sitting for 4 hours before they give it to the patient. Very Very Very bad experience 0 out of 5 stars

This nursing home/ rehabilitation center has really disappointed my family and I. They truly do not treat there residence well at all as they say they do. The director Greg and the front desk people were very helpful but the staff that work there and attend to the residence is another story. I hear that they all pray when they get there and that is great but they way they are treating there residence is definitely not christian like. My mother has been a resident at this facility for a year and a half after transitioning from an assisted living facility. The staff and administration was very helpful in this transition. When I have a concern or question, they usually respond within the same day. I visit my mother at least 3 times a week, and she is well taken care of. It is nice to know that she is being cared for by professionals while I work full time. I also love that it is a Christian based facility. The workers are NEVER standing around talking (which is very impressive). They are always taking care of the patients and

My mom has been at Midlothian Healthcare for three years and they have always taken good care of her. My mom can be very difficult and they are very gracious and handle her with care and professionalism. They go above and beyond to take care of her. The staff has done a very good job of managing the COVID situation with all of the mandated requirements. I have a great deal of respect and appreciation for all of them knowing how difficult it has been on the residents, employees and family members. This place has been a blessing for my family!

This is a wonderful facility that cares about its residents. They took great care of my mother and I was so happy we found MHC. The admin staff helped my family through all necessary steps needed for her to stay in their facility. The day to day care of the nursing staff was amazing. There were several nurses and aides that went the extra mile caring for my mother and making her comfortable. The administration, therapy and nursing staff care about families, residents and each other. I would highly recommend this beautiful facility to anyone. My family can not thank them enough.

The facility is beautiful and well maintained! We had our father in this facility. He was well taken care of from the time he arrived to the time he left. We loved the nursing staff and the nurse aides. They always greeted us with a smile! They treated my father as their own family. Therapy was fabulous as well. They worked with him and got him stronger than he was before his surgery. We highly recommend this facility to all our friend and family.
