I started my Family and Cosmetic Dental practice in 1995 as an associate, but soon branched out on my own. I am a firm believer that great things come from tragedy. VERIFY YOUR OWN BENEFITS!
Dr. Rodriguez is a great dentist but communication is terrible from the office. I called to verify that his office accepted my insurance and they verified my benefits. I was set and good to go. I had a cleaning and x-rays which were covered 100% under my plan. I set up a treatment plan to go back.
I received an EOB from my carrier stating that he was OUT OF NETWORK and paid him out of network rates and that I owed $159.00 for something covered 100%. I called the office and they apologized and offered a $99.00 payment. I reluctantly agreed because I didn&apos

I found Dr. Rodriguez after my dentist retired. I am so impressed with his office and staff! From the front office to his dental assistants everyone is super friendly and supportive. From a young age I developed a fear of dentist visits. They've completely put me at ease with each visit. I really wish I would have found him sooner. I've had an extraction and a root canal and was pleasantly surprised at how well it went. For my root canal I did take them up on the "laughing gas" and it made a world of difference. Their equipment seems much more advanced than my previous dentist and the bedside manner

After losing 3 front teeth in a car accident at 18, it has been a lifetime challenge maintaining a glow full smile through cosmetic dentistry. Now 57, another challenge from loosing the bones to hold crowns, led to a costly appointment and failed concern for appearance. 4 years I did not want to smile or show my teeth. This was my first and last visit to Dr Rodriguez office because they were offended that I pointed out dead bugs in the light fixture. Who would want to sit in a chair looking up at dead bugs wondering what else is dirty.
They said they were closed for two months and had cleaned up. The proof is in the picture.
I had asked for a different room or if this could be cleaned up by the next follow visit but I was told that I could leave and don't have to pay for the x-ray .
This was really bad service by the staff and Dr. Rodriguez.

Dr. Rodriguez is professional and a perfectionist! I had some dental work that really needed to be done and decided to give them a try. From beginning to end the staff helped me through the entire process. I needed multiple visits for some bridge work and am extremely satisfied with how they look. The color is spot on thanks to Dr. R's good eye and willingness to get it just right. I love my smile again! Cheers!

I was referred to this dentist by a friend, so went to go see him to fix my tooth. The dentist replaced my tooth with a cap, staff was friendly and nice. Well 1 month passed and my tooth hurt every time I bite or chewed on the food I was eating, so went back and they took me in and sanded the tooth, because they said that would help. Another month passed still same issue, and went on to see the dentist and same thing sanded the tooth. The office staff is very friendly. I was greeted and received warmly when I arrived for my appointment. I couldn't believe how fast the appointment went by because I was chatting with the dental huge is the whole time. I spoke with Dr. Westman briefly and he seemed friendly and sincere.
