Dave has always done a great job for me. This time, after a really bad Dryer fire that damaged walls and ceilings, he came in and not only fixed all the walls and painted, but helped to update all the door locks, electrical outlets and existing areas that needed a fresh coat of paint. Dave made the place look new again. Can’t say enough how great he was and how fast he was too.
In two days, we were back to 100% snd ready to go. Heck he even came late at night to do the major paint work, as customers were always around in the day. Thanks Dave!!

The inspection with a home i just purchased was unbelievable. Dave has done 2 inspections for me on 2 different homes. He finds things others miss. I texted him the day before I wanted the inspection and without hesitation he said he would be there. To top it off, I requested a radon test, and knowing he would have to go back to the home to pick the test up on Thanksgiving morning, he said it was not a problem. It's hard to believe people like this still exist. He seems to really enjoy his job and that makes all the difference. He has been honest with me about a couple different homes he has inspected

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Dave was so patient, professional and he took time to explain everything. If I had questions or concerns during the inspection he would address them. He also arrived early ready to work. I glad I picked this company.

Dave came as a good referral after my cousin shopped at 10 different places. He was the cheapest around but was really thorough when he did a home inspection for my cousin. Gave him a call and scheduled an appt to check a property I was interested in purchasing. He checked it out, gave me his honest and humble opinion, and didn’t even charge me since he knew the property was in much worse condition that I thought it was in. Ultimately, I had a set of professional eyes looking at a future investment and was advised not to proceed due to the fact that it will be well over my budget. Really honest

Our experience with Moss Home inspection was such a relief after working with a few other inspection companies. Dave showed up early to the home and he was using a drone to take pictures of the chimney and outside structure of the house. He had top notch technology and was so friendly and professional! We are first time home buyers and the house we met him at was not what we thought it was and he made us feel like he was working for us and made it such an easier situation.
