I lived here for a year. The model they show of course is super nice. Once you get your apartment day of move in it’s awful! My cabinets were like sticky vinyl and we’re already messed up even though it had just been “remodeled”. Holes were patched up every where and it was even clean! Huge roach problem that wouldn’t go away. Bed bugs came in from apartment next door but I had to pay for the fix. When it rained water would leak through the windows and from the living room ceiling. Paid a pet deposit yet was charged out of my regular deposit for “odor” removal when we moved out. My

I have enjoyed living here. My apartment is very spacious. I also like that we have on site laundry, swimming pool, and weight room. I also like the fact that the complex is so close to a lot of places especially my job. I couldn't have picked a better place to live. And I like the fact you all allow pets.

We have lived at this property for seven years. It started out as not such a great place to live. But the new owners and management really work hard to make this property something special. We have a brand new laundry room. On site fitness center. And a salt water pool! They host community events every month like movies at the pool and food trucks. They work very hard to complete work orders quickly and correctly. We love living here!
