Just had the worst experience with a service department ever! Made an appointment 1 1/2 to 2 weeks ago for an oil change and recall for my backup camera. I also had a couple of other small things that I wanted checked. I had an 8:45 appointment to drop it off on Tuesday morning. At that time, I asked about what time he expected it to be done. He stated that it should be done that afternoon. So since we live 45 miles away and it's about a 45 minute drive, my husband and I decided to run some errands while we in the city then figured if we did lunch it wouldn't be too long before the truck

Where to start?! The service and atmosphere was great. Dan who helped us find the perfect car was amazing. He answered all my questions and was always following up. I took my vehicle for a simple oil change with 15,000 miles and they tried to up sell me for everything under the sun. I went to pick it up and the service guy hadn't done the paperwork yet because he went to lunch. This was 2 hours after I said no to the up selling. Won't be back!

My elderly parents bought a Ford Escape here. After less than a year, their AC stopped working. They took it into the service shop on 4 occasions, and charged my dad for work. After 4 visits, my dad said it's officially a lemon, but they refused to handle it as such. They ended up talking my dad into buying a more expensive version of the same car to replace the junk they sold him. These guys are scam artists that take advantage of the elderly. I recently moved back to Syracuse and will never be being a vehicle from these unethical criminals. I recommend you don't even consider them.

Came in at 4:30 to buy or lease a new Explorer and walked around the parking lot for 30 minutes and a salesman walked by with just a "sup".

When I went in and asked to talk about an explorer, the salesman (older dude with a bald head) who was reclining in an office chair rolled his eyes, looked at his watch and said "we close in 5 minutes, so....".

From there I was done. He followed me out the door, but there is no way I'm doing business with someone who can't be bothered.

It was a quick interaction, but enough where I won't go back. The other guys may be

I had a great experience working with Dan at Romano. He was extremely helpful in explaining to me and my family the benefits of leasing a new car. I never felt pressured by Dan, and left feeling very informed to make a decision. I came back the next day and made the decision to lease a 2016 VW Passat. I love it! I would suggest asking for Dan if you stop into Romano Ford/VW he really made the experience very easy and stress free!

I bought a new VW GTI 2016 from Romano VW/Ford. Sean Spencer was my Sales Consultant, but I also dealt with Mike Fisher on a few occasions. This is the first time I ever bought a car in the US and as you can imagine, there was a lot to learn and the process was long and elaborate. I really wanted to like this place as the other VW dealership in Driver's Village has a terrible rep. Sean started pretty nicely, but on the day we struck the deal, I had a lot of questions and was anxious to know a few more details before signing on a zillion papers. We have been using the Romano VW repair shop for out jetta for a few years. Although they have alway been efficient with getting our car in, their actual service is sub par. They are the only shop who had ever changes our tires and today when I got my first flat the "key" to remove the nut was not in the bag in my trunk that came with the car. I was stranded with my infant for 2 hours because even AAA could not change my tire. My husband called the shop to see if there was any possibility that their employee who worked on out car could have taken it out and not put it back. He denied
