We have been doing business with Romano Toyota for more than 20 years. After six months of waiting, we picked up our car yesterday. Zack has been very patient and answered our questions and concerns. He demonstrated the new features of the car before we left, even making sure the phone was connected! It was a pleasure doing business with Zack and Romano Toyota.

I was happy with my purchase from them that went easy with my own research since I came in for a specific car I knew they had. But then the rest of my service leaves to hope for the best.
Where in central new your do you not get bags when you switch your tires over? And get them put back in your car. Let me see you drive over a road kill and let your kid touch the tires…

In Syracuse for an overnight trip to pick up my daughter for Thanksgiving. As soon as we arrived check engine light went on! Called their service department at 4 PM and explained the situation and they agreed to do a quick scan and eyeball it. I think it was Mike, he was great and although they could not fit us in, he checked some obvious things and helped give us a little piece of mind as we travel over the next few days. Thanks so much!

I had an issue where the rates and residuals were better in September than when my car arrived in November. There was going to be an increase in my monthly payment. Bill Delia worked with me on my monthly payment so I was able to lease my new Rav 4. I’m so happy that it all worked out!! Bill is very personable and picked out perfect new license plates for me!! You’re the best, Billy!!

I recently bought a new Toyota Camry from salesman Bill Delia. My experience was great. Bill was knowledgeable, patient, and transparent. He really wanted to help me get the best fit possible. This was the first car I bought for myself so I had a lot of questions and Bill was willing and able to answer all of them. Everyone on site was friendly and my overall experience buying from Romano Toyota was great. Bill kept me informed with the timeline which I would receive my vehicle and now that it is here I am loving it!

I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry from Romano Toyota. I purchased this vehicle on 9/13/21. It was a great experience. My salesman was Bill Delia. Bill was very knowledgeable and friendly. Bill made me feel like I was purchasing a car from a close family member. I came back the next day to pick up the car. The vehicle was immaculately clean and fully service. It looked like it was just pulled off the showroom floor.
Bill came out and put the tags on my car. He also got in the passenger seat and made sure I understood all the car had to offer. Bill hooked up my phone made sure everything

I experienced the worst customer service with price gouging!! They priced the vehicle we were looking at over any other dealership and then accused us of lying when we told them the price of others; which then the salesman need us to prove it, which we did! They offered under value for a trade in; which they quickly upped when confronted. Would never recommend.

I called the service department this afternoon because something is up with my car audio (nobody can hear me because my voice is muffled). I called to see if they had any idea what could cause that as I would much rather try fixing it at home given the world right now but I would make an appointment if need be. The person I spoke with was disrespectful and condescending. He said there was probably nothing wrong, that I probably talk with the windows open or with a mask on. I might be a young sounding female but I have a PhD and am not dumb. I am well aware one would sound muffled with a mask on

I bought a used 2016 Ford Focus from Romano Toyota on June 27,2018. I was told by my sales guy that capital one auntie finance would not approve my loan without this $1400 extended service agreement.
Total lie. I called capital one and was told it's not true that it's common practice and actually illegal. You never have to buy extended warranties. Plus there are recommended ones for $400. So beware of this dealer. If this is how they take advantage of a new customer beware.
Also I called to see if they would check rotors and the service manager told me I couldn't have a loaner

Horrible customer service. Bait and Switch 100%.
I spoke with Jordan on the phone and asked her if she could match a lease deal that was done from her company back in December and she said yes. It was my friend's lease deal and they sent me over their paperwork. Once I got to Romano the number games began and not only did they want to charge me MORE money, they also said the lease deal would have less miles than the original paperwork I bought in. The sales guy was so rude he said "are you having a bad day?" after they quoted me $1500 more- I just walked out. Why waste your time

Let me first start by saying this Toyota is about 90 min south of where I live. I had a rather unfavorable experience at the Toyota nearest to me, so I called ahead of time and spoke to Sean O. about trading in my car for a RAV4. He was incredibly helpful over the phone and invited me to come down and he'd do his best to help me. I made the trek down and I'm sure glad I did! Sean was able to answer all my questions, show me all the features on the new RAV4 and most importantly, he worked with my budget. He worked diligently to make it so I could drive off the lot with it the same day

This is the second time I have purchased a Camry from this dealership. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable not to mention friendly. Both times the negotiations and paperwork took less than two hours. No hard sell or arm twisting. If they know you are serious about buying, they get down to business and you walk away feeling like you received a fair deal both on your new car and trade in. Their Service Department is exceptional in scheduling and work being done. Very friendly and explain everything that they will be doing. Toyota Care is a bonus. I have recommended this dealership

NEVER come here for service. NEVER.
Rip off to the MAX.
I came to Syracuse as an SU student.
I drove a Toyota Corolla I had purchased in Illinois.
I went to the dealership for service because I didn't want to be scammed by car repair joints. Didn't need to bother.
The car (including the wipers) had gotten messed up from parking outside and driving up and down Syracuse's hills during the nine months of snow that Syracuse gets per year.
They billed me $75 to "repair" the wipers! I could have purchased new wipers for that amount! WTH was that?
I asked them to take it off the

In December we brought our RAV4 into this dealership to fix a recall issue with the rear suspension (we were living in Syracuse at the time). While driving 60 mph on a highway, our rear suspension arm separated and we lost control of our car. An independent auto body shop, who we trust, said it happened because our rear suspension rusted through, and that there was no way this would have happened if it was properly fixed when we had gone to the dealership less than 6 months ago. They said we were lucky that we didn't get into a major accident.
