Great dealership!! Very efficient, professional and courteous staff. It was a pleasure working with Jeff Wall who handled the sale. The was my first Mercedes purchase and Jeff Wall of MB of Syracuse made the purchase such an easy and pleasant experience. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Joe from Finance, Mark from Service and even Leigh from Internet Sales personally introduced themselves to me and seemed truly interested in my satisfaction - such a nice touch! I called 2 times and left messages for service to call me back after waiting for 15 minutes on hold both times for someone to call me back
Sent an email to nick the manager that was unanswered.
Then call and after bouncing back to the receptionist and requesting help I was connected to the sales manager who got Mark from service on the line.
Mark was very accommodating, professional and courteous.
It took 3 phone calls an an email to have the pleasure of giving you money to service my car.
