I've been putting off doing this review and was trying to let the bad experience go... But since they keep calling asking me to schedule my next appointment and not respecting my request to be removed from their call back list and have told them I have since moved to a new dental office... Here ya go. I had an appointment scheduled that was cancelled three hours before claiming "I am not sure how you were scheduled this time, but your hygienist doesn't work these hours". If you want customers to follow your policy of more than 24 hours notice, you should provide the same.

Helen is the rudest most unprofessional manager who does not listen, cuts off patient without a chance of being heard. after a year of medical procedures and finally getting clearance for service, her response to me is that i missed 2 appointments on a row last year...over a year ago, she felt the need to explain procedures, when i disagree with her even missing an appointment that could not even happen due to medical.. she is rude, hung up not scheduling an appointment or letting me speak to someone who does not have an authority complex, or need of control and belittle as well as disregard anything

I have been with dentist office for over 7 years!! They are amazing so friendly and I just LOVE the receptionist Jennifer! Sahara dental makes you feel like you’re apart of their dental family! They actually care about their patients, my doctor always ask about my class and how my school year is going! The fact that they actually remember me touches my heart!

This is the place you want to go hassle free, no extra fees that aren't spoken of. The staff is always welcoming! I was nervous at first but once I sat down in the back ready to just get it over with. Ana came in with a great vibe and just made me feel more at ease. The nervous went away and made me more relaxed! Thanks Ana for that!. Soon after she left Dr. Legaspi came in and made me feel relaxed and calm as well. Went to work and when it was done I was so glad and excited I went in. I came out with a whole new smile!! Thank you all for making me feel comfortable and for being so professional

If you want a negative dental experience go to Sahara dental center. This place operates on greed. I have never had a more violent dental experience. This place takes advantage of people who don't know better about their dental health. I just met the rudest dental hygienist who acted like flossing my teeth at the end of a cleaning was optional. They spend more time taking x-rays of my teeth and lecturing me about problems that didn't need solutions than they took cleaning my teeth. They do not care about people's health they only care about lining their wallets at others expenses

Been here 3 times and every time I get there, there's people sitting in the waiting room but they always tell me to go wait outside for them to call me when they are ready. I don't get why some people can wait inside and some can't? I get the covid rules but why do they only let certain people wait inside and not others. I even asked the receptionist one time that why couldn't I wait inside when there was people waiting inside when I got there and she just said "no there wasn't" lol. They have a big problem with the staff taking decision that belongs to the dentist. I was in an emergency situation with an infection and instead of rescheduling due to pain and also without asking the dentist they just keep me on the same schedule. I ask them to please ask the dentist and they says yes and will call me back but they never did. That was totally frustrating and makes me feel like they just focus on the incoming money without any importance of the customer. No one minimum help or support for my case. Also the person that provides the prices is kind of prepotente at the time she schedule

So, I had my deep cleaning tdone today and the hygienist did a great job. She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. She even check my blood pressure which I've never had done at a dental office before. To my surprise my blood pressure is high. So, I will follow up with my doctor.
After.many months of neglect I finally got my teeth cleaned and they feel great. The ladies at the front desk and staff are very hospitable.

This is my first time having my extraction for my wisdom teeth and I was quite nervous but Dr. Legaspi and the rest of the dental clinic staff made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. Dr. Legaspi was very gentle and quick during the procedure. The pricing was reasonable and affordable if you're on a budget too. The service overall is the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. Personally, I would recommend them to all my family and friends. If I were you I'd booked an appointment right now to see them

I went in as a new patient and was pretty nervous. I never enjoyed the dentist office but going in there I felt so comfortable and welcomed. Jennifer, the manager, was so professional and i can tell she enjoys making every one feel at home. I came in for a deep cleaning and my hygienist, Melissa, was one of the nicest ppl I've ever met. She's so great. The whole staff was great and I look forward to coming in for more work. Thank you everyone at Sahara Dental!! :)

This was my first visit to this dentist. The women at the main entrance were very pleasant and helpful. The woman that took me in for x-rays and pictures explained everything she was doing, very gentle and took her time to make sure she got everything she needed. The doctor came in and went over everything with me, made sure I understood everything and was very polite. The last woman was someone from the office that goes over the next step and didn't rush me or made me feel like I needed to decide immediately what my next step should be. She was extremely kind and helpful and worked with me

I've been going to this dentist office for years. Always impressed. They get me in and out. Another dentist, I went to, had a periodontist want to charge me $3K to fix a deep pocket in my gums. I declined that and went back to Sahara dental. Sahara dental recommended a water pic flosser and electric toothbrush. Much better than $3K!

I LOVE SAHARAH DENTAL! I had yet another great visit today. Every time I go there I feel like I'm hanging out with friends. The ladies at the front desk are amazing, the Dr's and entire staff are always welcoming me with a smile, asking about my day and treat me with the upmost respect and professionalism. As someone that has had horrible experiences in the past at other offices I truly hit the jackpot finding this office. I never dread coming to get any work done and I have had my share! I highly reccomend this office to everyone! Top customer service and top technology.

The front desk individuals were very kind and amazing but there is something not right at this office. I will elaborate on this but the overall point is I have great insurance and yet somehow ended up paying over 100 dollars every visit for routine visits and when I switched to a new dentist I paid NOTHING. They are very adamant about add-ons, many times without asking which result in a lot of added costs directly to the patients.

This is absolutely the worst dental office! My teeth was filed down so much by Dr. Shiva Kashmiri that my new dentist thought I had a bad case of grinding my teeth. She could not get my bridge to fit so she ruined my permanent teeth instead of fixing my bridge. Then she put filing in my teeth to try to fix the damage she caused! They also had a receptionist that stole my payments. Had me on Sedation medication every time I went and put charges on my bill that even my insurance refused to pay! Stay away from from this office if you don't want problems!! Worst dentist office!!! Beware!!

In their website it's says : FREE SECOND OPINION!!! Guess what!?!? It's not!
Don't spend your time calling them. Coz it's not free it's 49$
They only give free second opinion for braclet or invisilian. (Yes coz it's cost 4K lol
What worst is that last week they said it's gonna be a free consultation when I mentioned I have my XRays that took in the last 3 months..,,,!!
