I wouldn't give them any stars the woman in the front office is soo rude and acts like she owns and runs the whole dental office the Dr herself has no voice when trying to reach out we never received a call back her attitude was very bad and she acts like she's better then everyone I would never go back we felt worst than better and never did anything to contact us I would never recommend this office it's horrible....

It was Spring 2017 when these people told me that periodontal disease can be cured with a special procedure. (*Periodontal disease cannot be cured, it can only be maintained). They wanted to schedule for it immediately. I never went back.

I went to this dentist as a referral because I am new to the area. I scheduled an appointment and took my young child with me. After receiving x-rays, I made an appointment for me to have treatment done. The receptionist called me, and we discussed my insurance and what work would be done at my next scheduled appointment. I called the day of the appointment and was not only told that what we discussed wouldn't be done, but that an entirely different dentist would be doing part of the work (we discussed preferred dentist when I scheduled the visit). I have a very busy schedule and have been putting my needs last. I took a day off and scheduled drs appointments for the entire day. Friday the office staff called me and said my appointment would neec to be pushed back 3 hours. I told her my day was scheduled and that was not possible. She said i either take the later appointment or find a new dentist. Awful office staff.

Nice little place they have! My ma referred me to them, which is rare since my ma is so picky, and their prices are very reasonable (especially if you have to pay without insurance). The dentist has a nice hand, didn't even feel anything when they were deep cleaning my teeth. The rest of the staff are very friendly as well! :D
Overall, nice place to go to get my teeth fixed up (and there's a liquor store nearby where I can get something for the road ;3)

My husband and I just moved to the Las Vegas area almost a month ago now from Northern California. Three nights ago my front tooth which had a veneer on it cracked in my mouth leaving me looking both hideous and in a lot of pain! I went on- line and found Dr. J! She took me under her wing immediately and was able to very quickly and painlessly take off my cracked top tooth Veneer and begin prepping me for a crown. Dental service where good but the accounting back office is horrible. I had a crown that got denied because of how the office submitted to my insurance. My previous dentist had recommended twice I have a root camel and crown because the tooth was cracked and had several fillings. My dentist said tooth could fall apart if tried to fill. This was the same that preferred recommended. I had the work done and paid the uncovered part then a month later received a bill saying insurance wouldn’t pay. I did some research and talked to the insurance they advised it was the way the claim was submitted that

Dr J has been my dentist for few months. She's the best dentist/ listener I have ever had . She listens to my concerns and get to the point to fix it . Multiple time I have been to her office as I had deep clean done . I have no fear and let her do whatever it needs to be done . This is the best dentist i've been to. They are very organized & friendly, they send text reminders about appointments & are very cooperative with rescheduling. I first found this place last year and had a good experience, which is why I haven't given them a 1 Star. I called last week for a cleaning- which the receptionist told me I had not shown up for a appointment in December- which I then told her I had cancelled Bc we had unexpected family visit for the holiday. J said she couldn't see anymore n I had to go with another doctor. I am a relatively new patient but so far- I really love my dentist. The team in this office is so nice and very accommodating. What I really love about my dentist is that she's not completely booked up for months and her office is open late- I believe until 7pm! Which to be a 100% honest is so great because there are times where I just can't get away from work and coming in after work is so helpful for my schedule. The office is very clean and peaceful, it has a good vibe to it.

This office has completely exceeded my expectations! Made my appointment over the telephone, whoever took the call was so friendly and efficient. I liked that I was able to complete new patient forms online prior to visit. Waiting room is comfortable and updated. I was taken in right at my scheduled appointment time. Wish I remembered names.. every employee I encountered from the front desk, dental assistant and hygienist were so engaging and made me feel like vip.
Dr. Jafarifar was wonderful, very knowledgeable and thorough.

Dr j is amazing! She is so gentle. I do miss some of the old staff though. The front girl tina was always very nice and talkative the new girl up there looks like she hates her job. i loved the hygiene assistant (forgive me i forgot her name) shes not there anymore but she was very kind and funny and caring. The hygenist jana is the best in town. Sherri really knows what shes doing. Thank you dr j!

I'm shocked another reviewer gave Dr. J one star???? She is the BEST dentist I have ever encountered in my 34 years of life! Started seeing her a year ago, with really messed up teeth. I have had tons of dentists over the years and Dr. J. is simply the best. She isn't over-eager to redecorate your entire mouth just to make money and only suggests necessary procedures. She seems to have tiny delicate hands that you can barely feel when shes working on you. Impeccable technique. Her new dental assistants' skills are up to par as well.
