I called the Augusta Veterinary clinic in a panic. I had called my normal vet and seven other vets to see if anyone could see our Boston for an emergency X-ray and possible surgery: they all turned me down. Even though my normal vet had the ER paperwork and knew that Penny had a life threatening condition, they wouldn’t even try to squeeze her in. If not for the wonderful people here at the Augusta clinic, our Penny wouldn’t have survived! Thank you so so much! I am switching her care to this clinic and I will happily drive 45 minutes to support the clinic that did everything to save her life

We started taking Kurt to the Clinic in an emergency situation and it ended being the best thing that happened. The clinic was so helpful over the years with his diabetes and they stayed supportive and knowledgeable until he unfortunately passed. I would recommend the Clinic to everyone. The staff are amazing.

Just called to make an appointment. Spoke with a very nice and helpful woman who helped me set an appointment and gave me information I needed about tooth extraction for my old beagle. Will update after my appointment, but already above and beyond any other vet office I've encountered.
UPDATE: just took my old rescue beagle in for her appointment. They quickly got us back with no fuss and the staff was so nice. I was nervous as my dogs teeth were in bad shape and have been shamed before by vets. Dr Scott was lovely. Super caring and explained everything her conditions could possibly mean
