I would like to thank Dr. Raoufi and her team for all the care they provided. Shannon & Beatriz took the time to verify my insurance before coming into the office to insure I had an understanding of what my dental coverage is. The Front office ladies are one of the many highlights of the office. Dr. Raoufi is extremely welcoming and has made sure to address all my concerns. The dental assistants and dental hygienist made the time to introduce themselves to me to insure i was comfortable with my visit and treatment that was performed. All I can say is Amazing!! From the staff to the dentist this office is the best dental office I have ever visited. I felt at ease from the moment I stepped through the door. I was greeted with smiles and was provided with great care. Dr. Raoufi spent time with me to explain the treatment I needed and the girls at the desk helped me find an appointment that worked for my schedule. I found my dentist!!

Dr. Lida Raoufi leads a super professional, ethical and trustworthy dental care team. As a patient for over 10 years, they truly care about me and my dental health. Their bedside manners are the best. They're fairly priced and do whatever it takes to get things taken care of properly. I recently had a root canal with Dr. Sarina Mercado and she made this laborious and taxing procedure as pain free and as easy to get through as possible. WOW! What an incredible experience. I am new to the area and needed to find a reliable and professional Dentist going forward. I happened upon Dr. Raoufi's office and went in to inquire. I normally don't do that but felt compelled to do so.
I was greeted by an incredible young lady, very professional and polite, Shannon. She welcomed me in and made me feel comfortable from the start. We looked at availability, exactly what i needed and setting up an initial appointment. Shannon was very engaging, she knew what to ask and define exactly what would be best. Dr. Raoufi and her staff are fantastic. I had lots of pain and had to have an emergency root canal and Crown a few days prior to Christmas. Dr Raoufi and her staff arranged my emergency appointments, performed root canal, took my mouth impression and arranged with the LAB to make my crown in two days. Entire process completed in only 3 days and I am now enjoying my smile pain free and ready for Christmas. Dr. Raoufi and her staff went above and beyond in making sure I felt comfortable and ready for Christmas. My gratitude and hats off to Dr. Raoufi and American family dentistry Staff. Merry Christmas
