We will also inspect the attic, all bedrooms, bathrooms, HVAC systems, plumbing, hot water heater(infrared images of pipes and energy efficiency included), all accessible electrical outlets and breaker panels.We test all accessible windows and appliances. We also test for carbon monoxide if you have gas for the furnace and hot water heater.

DeAnthony is very professional and responsive. Setting up an appointment was intuitive and simple. His findings were thorough and made me feel comfortable about my home buying experience. There were several pictures and videos taken while he performed the inspection so that the seller was aware of the problems in real time and the inspection report was completed before the time promised 😊. After the repairs were made by the seller, I scheduled a return visit to check on the work performed and received the report within a few hours of his visit!

This is the second time I've used Property Masters in the past 3 years. DeAnthony is very responsive and very detailed in his inspections. He is prompt, responsive and very professional. The reports are detailed with photos, v and videos.

Mr. DeAnthony did an extremely thorough inspection of the home I was interested in purchasing. He arrived promptly and meticulously assessed, analyzied and explained all of his findings to me. He gave great tips and suggestions and was truly knowledgeable of his craft. He took pictures, recorded his findings using a video device and used a drone to inspect the roof. My husband and I were referred to Property Masters Home Inspection and in particular DeAnthony whom was very courteous and organized. He came to the house fully equipped including drone technology and video reporting. He carefully took his time to inspect every doorknob, hinge, all of the hard to reach places and small details. After the inspection was completed, he was in no rush to show us important findings within the home and answered all of our questions. I had a property inspected by DeAnthony Norwood. He was able to come out within the same week to complete the inspection. He showed up early and was very thorough. DeAnthony also provided a book on home maintenance. I have owned a home for a few years and wish that I had read it back then, a very informative book. The inspection report was available to view shortly after his inspection. The report had images and videos with detailed descriptions of his findings. He was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely recommend him to my friends in the area.
