You’d be better off living in a cardboard box under a bridge. These people don’t care about you or the property, only about the money going into their pockets. The owners are known scammers in this industry and have had many legal issues in the past with tenants. When something goes wrong, it takes forever for them to come and fix and when they do come, they don’t know how to fix it. Absolute WORST place to rent from. Wish there was an option for less than one star.

The worst... they don’t take accountability for their property when it causes damages to your property, they never fix whatever maintenance issues you have right the first time, and they play you for the security deposit... literally charged me for painting and carpet cleaning after normal wear and tear... don’t do it! The worst 2yrs 2mths of my life

I call Them to see if they would find a house so I can Rent, but the front desk told me to fill out a guest card like what, just take my information down and have a rep call me. So I called the next day And was told the lady had an emergency, so basically I have To wait till Sky is done Handeling her emergency. Unprofessional I say, like if there was no other rep to help assist people.... don’t call them cause they will give you the run around.

Very Very disappointed,I was ran around for 3weeks to rent a house and always told to call back , the landlord of the property does not speak to you only the rep in the office which was very nice!!! It took days for them to answer emails and now they said my income was not enough even though my bills and rent was covered
