For three years I lived in one of the properties they manage. Paul and the team are very professional and get back to you right away. The property was always kept up by their great maintenance manager. I once had an issue last year in my apartment, and the maintenance manager came to help on his day off. Awesome service! The team is very nice.

Horrid service. My mom and pop met with the tall Paul dude to rent out their duplex after they moved out and retired. The garbage tenants he put in basically destroyed both units. DO NOT USE RPM southern CT. They do not care about their landlords and just say oops about the tenants that they put in and destroy the apartments. He also increased service costs by 30% than the stated cost from the contractor. Very shifty people. He also had another Paul who heads their landlord support division. This guy was ever more weird. Only communicated through email and calls you through a blocked unknown number

RPM Southern Connecticut has been managing my home in CT for the past 2 years, after I couldn’t sell and had to relocate to New Jersey. Paul and his team has kept to every promise they made when I signed up. I am always in the loop when maintenance issues arise, the tenants rent money is in my account on-time each month, and they are always there to answer questions when I have one.
