I've gone to Dr. Tonge since I moved to Georgia, so around 15-20 years? Never once have I had a problem with the staff- they all have seen me grow up from around 4-5 years old to now and they are always extremely nice to me. Dr. Tonge also remembers little details about my life that I've told him even though I see him but once a year, which shows he cares and pays attention! He's an incredible eye doctor and is really good with kids (from literally first-person experience!)

Very disappointing experience. The office charged my wife's visit to the wrong insurance, and they refused to correct the issue after the fact leaving us with a huge out-of-pocket bill despite us having vision insurance. When trying to contact them they almost never answer their phone and there was no way to leave a voicemail. Couldn't even contact them via email as their address returned as undeliverable.

I had an eye appointment a few weeks ago, and was never given my prescription when I left. (Back story -- it took me two months to get this appointment. I tried to make an appointment online and was never called about the appointment. After a week, i called them to schedule the same appointment I made online, and couldn't get the date I wanted. But whatever --) I thought it would be on the paperwork they gave me, but when I got home to order my glasses, it was just the
