I discovered Brookwood via groupon. Since day one they have gone over and beyond what anyone else would. I have been a very difficult customer due to my prescription etc. I had Lasik about 7 years ago so my vision isn't terrible, but it's no longer perfect either. Joe has accommodated me in every single way possible. He has exchanged frames 2x as well as two eye exams and lens revisions. Joe and his team are definitely pro customer!

I loved this environment, it felt comfortable and they were very friendly/professional. Although I didn’t receive my contacts until about a month and a half after ordering them following my appointment. (Which is why I took one star away) I was informed that my number was wrong and that they had been calling. (They gave me extra for free to make up for the misunderstanding) I would definitely recommend.

So impressed with Brookwood Eyecare. My new glasses didn't quite come in in time for our trip to Cancun, but Brookwood Eyecare made sunglasses for me to take on the trip free of charge from my prescription. When I returned I had a Hawks game to take my son to, Brookwood Eyecare gave me a special same day appointment to transfer my new lenses into my frames in time for the game. Incredible courteous and professional!

I love the fact that even though they are always very busy, they always are able to fit me in within the same week that I call for a appointment. I have only had a maybe 2 times I had to wait til the following week for an availability! The appointments are quick & wait times are even quicker!!!
The staff and Doctors are very friendly and helpful I have never been disappointed with the service I received from Brookwood Eyecare and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good experience overall in this area of medical care, especially when you are talking about your eyesight. I have been going to Brookwood Eyecare for about twenty years now. Joe, the owner and his staff are always super nice and professional. I ordered 2 boxes of contacts, a new brand called ultra.They are the best quality contacts on the market by far!!!!! They are super thin and breathable...I can fall asleep or cry without them getting too dry. I love them also because they are really durable and strong since I am very hard on contacts. Joe ordered my contacts and they came in in just a few days. Joe hooked me up with a few trial pair until my boxes came in. Joe and the staff went above and beyond

I couldn't decide between 3 or 2 stars. Honestly they got the job done but it wasn't the best experience. The female optometrist was very nice with my 9yr old son but the rest of the place just seems sketchy (wobbly exam table, messy glasses, messy desk up front). I was waiting a long time so had to stay past closing time. A little before closing, optometrist jetted out of there and by closing time, what seemed to be the employees family, came in and it was quite uncomfortable. Not so much professional. This happened end of last year. My son will be due for his yearly appt again but I
