This is one of the most unprofessional companies around that also broadcast a strong sense of favoritism and discrimination towards employees that mainly comes from the owner. The owner is to cheap to pay for the proper training needed for employees and definitely dont keep the maintenance up on the vehicles as to why they break down ALL the time. There's no room for advancement, no direct deposit, no benefits, no raises the pay is $9 and the owner is adamant that she CAN'T afford and WON'T give raises which then often leaves employees feeling unappreciated.
