Services
When is rent due? Rent is due and payable in our office on the 1st day of each month. It is considered late after the 5th day of each month, regardless what day the 5th falls on. After the 5th day, you will be charged a late fee of 5% of the month's rent. If you mail your rental payment to our office, make sure that you allow enough time for it to be delivered on time.

Better to live in a cardboard box than to rent an apartment from these characters. For the two years i lived there they postponed fixing the AC HVAC unit until 2 months before end of lease, there was a constant issue of roaches which they repeatedly ignored my requests to address and charged me for extermination services after my moving out from my security deposit. The Carpet had also never been replaced and stank of years of cigarette smoke, which I was also charged for out of my security deposit. Additionally there was constant mold in the bathroom which they also failed to address til the month
