Hi, I'm Jerry Tucker, owner of Treasured Property. I have been serving the Triangle since 2007, when I founded Treasured Property. I have lived in this area since 2005 and, along with my wife Jodi, have eight children.five of which are adopted. I also have a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, and four grandchildren.

Everyone deserves a home. We give a percentage of our revenues to put children into loving homes. Recently, Treasured Property helped fund the adoption of a little boy from the United States, a girl from China, and a brother and sister from Ethiopia.
Below is just a sample of the over 130 rental properties that we have under management in the Triangle. We have excellent, qualified renters waiting for your property! Our average rental is over $1,000 per month. We charge a 10% management fee and take care of all the headaches so you don't have to.
Our business is 95% referrals. Jerry is one of the most dedicated and capable real estate professionals I've known. He does the sales work extremely well, but he's most expert at the property management side of the business. That's his sweet spot. He spends the time and gives the attention to ensuring both renters and owners are taken care of excellently.
