We offer a full range of property management services tailored to you as an investor, homeowner, or landlord. We work with in state, out of state, and out of country owners. We have an extensive portfolio of single family homes, townhouses, and condos in the Durham area. Our management fee is 10% monthly for 1 property, 9 % for 2 -4 properties, 8% for 5 or more properties.

We offer various property management services to fit your needs and can tailor our services to ensure that you have the highest level of services for your home. We pay our owners through Direct Deposit as it's faster than snail mail. We have a 24-hour phone line to be used as needed for emergencies.
A: Full Service Management-10% is our management fee; however, if we manage multiple properties for you, the range is 8-9%. If the property has a tenant when you come to PPA Properties, there is a one-time setup fee of $250, which includes a property condition report. If the property is vacant, there is a $350 that is due once a tenant is procured.

My son has been living in a property, managed by PPA Properties, for several years. His experience with management staff has been exceptional.
