Dr. Tara Koza Camargo is a Tampa Bay area native with a passion for everything St Pete! She attended the International Baccalaureate program at St Petersburg High School and then went on to complete her bachelors degree in Biology at the University of Florida. She completed her doctor of optometry degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry and has since returned home to serve the patients of Pinellas County.
It is important to have your eyes checked annually. An annual eye exam assesses ocular health as well as provides a prescription for glasses or contact lenses when needed. We provide exams for patients age 5 and up. Even If you have no issues with your vision, it is still important to have your eye health checked regularly.
The optical team at SPECS offers a vast collection of both designer eyeglasses and budget eyeglasses. While at some offices it can be overwhelming choosing lenses and frames (while dealing with inexperienced "salespeople"), at SPECS we are highly trained and equipped to make sure your experience is nothing less than perfect!
