I live in a property now handled by Advanced Property Management. My experience with Mr. Shaffer and his staff has been a VERY positive one. Always remember that the board your Association selects is responsible to article the needs of you the owners. If you have an irresponsible, ill managed Association that will impact outcomes in a negative manner. I want to thank our board for choosing A.P. M. and Mr. Shaffer and his staff for their kindness, consideration and most of all their professionalism.

All they do is collect money and put it in their pockets. I've been waiting since last summer to have my hedges trimmed. Also they don't keep up with the lawn, it looks embarrassing and don't let me get started about snow removal, or snow non removal! Lastly, the allow people to park at the end of the street where there are no parking signs. It is impossible to drive around it without dinging a car!
