Metro Property Management has shown a complete lack of professionalism since we unfortunately had to start working with them. If they even bother to return a phone call, they are rude and short with us and always seem annoyed to have to answer our questions. Most recently, we reached out about getting our chimney swept. We had tried calling multiple local chimney sweeps and all of them told us that we needed to go through our condo association and use the company that they provide. When we called to discuss this with Metro, he told us that that was ridiculous, they do not work with a company, and

8 months they managed our condo building and during that time we received very little from them. No bank statements, no financial spreadsheets, no meetings, they never picked up the phone or called owners back. They used building funds without approval and paid themselves thousands of dollars. Much more that I could mention.
When we removed them they played games and would not provide the new management company with materials requested.
Very poor quality management and extreme lack of professionalism.

Since Sept 2020 when Metro Property Management took over they by far have been the worse Numerous Numerous times no return phone calls or follow up issues / concerns well documented even the project Mgr started in my presence to Joe he heard phone calls not getting returned
