I currently live in one of there apartments , the heats always off although it's heat & hot water included , I've been calling for a month to get My mailbox fixed and nothing. There answering service is just rude.. And My apt is freezing right now mind you the heats been off for 2 days so far. Can't wait to move , defiantly a place to sue..

Horrible, I currently live in their building on wethersfield ave. There's NEVER any heat even though it's included in my rent and written on my lease, the boiler has been broken since last year...the owner doesn't fix anything, when you call them they brush you off and give you excuses. The building is infested with mice, and roaches and when you tell the owner "Michelle" to exterminate she hands you glue traps. There's multiple leaks throughout the building, causing black mold to grow in and on the walls. The front and back entrance locks are both broken and allow anyone off the street to enter

This place does not even deserve a star i currently live in one of ther apartment and my apartment never has heat sometimes no hot water though it included in the lease my ceiling is falling and floors are roten my apartment is becoming condemned and there excuse is there no funds wort first apartment ever
