Services
Wildwood Property Management, LLC has been providing property management services to communities for more than 15 years. Our staff has years of experience in the management of residential communities primarily governed by the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development (USDA RD), as well as the requirements of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Wildwood hires and retains seasoned professional property managers, accountants, occupancy specialists, compliance specialists, maintenance personnel and support staff. Our staff members are always approachable and accessible. Our team structure is fundamental to the quality of our management service.
Wildwood's policy is to follow the directions of our clients while adhering to every facet of the regulatory requirements prescribed by USDA and HUD. Clients will experience our premier customer service and soon realize that it is second to none. Whether it is a phone call, letter or email, our responsiveness and desire to fulfill all of a client's needs set us apart from other property managers.
Almost any property management firm can provide financial information from a wide variety of accounting software available today. But it takes an experienced, professional organization to understand and present this information in a clear, understandable and useful way to those who need the information.
We develop relationships with the owner and/or the Board of Directors. We attend regularly scheduled board meetings and provide as much - or as little - information as required. We handle every facet of a community's operation but are acutely aware that the ultimate responsibility for the property lies with the owner.
