With his excellent book, Allowah Lani gives us a tour de force of several major subjects. I'm not well versed in yoga or psychedelics, but I certainly learned a lot about those things from this book. And I was particularly struck by the author's ability to move into a discussion of A Course in Miracles from the perspective of his own journey, and do a fine job presenting its message.
I learned way too much to write in this little space! I also know that this is just the first step, and this training has opened the door to so much new information, ideas, and a new path of life. Allowah is a great teacher. He has a nice balance between working and relaxing. Allowah is an awesome teacher.

I frequently shop in the South Shields branch and I have never met a happier team with so much knowledge on all the products. They spend lots of time explaining different supplements and their uses and are truly helpful. I won’t go anywhere else for my supplements now. The advice is top notch along with the service!

Useful store for health products. Like Boots it can be pricey so make sure you sign up for a loyalty card and go for the high ticket items during the promotions periods.
That aside, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
I’ve shopped there on and off for quite a few years now and prefer to support local shops rather than Amazon.

Honestly this yoga teaching training company is very cliquey. At the end of the training the manual given by allowah which is the instructor of "truly helpful"says to stay in contact and reach out but when you do there is no response , in the manual he says we are basically a yogi family however don't expect any connection to be continued with allowah after the training even if it's just to ask a question or if you ask him to review an asana or two for an upcoming job opportunity. I'm personally fine with a teacher not responding when you ask them something or to overlook
