Services
We have many yoga classes to choose from. We have in-studio class daily and offer most of our classes virtually for at-home options. We accomodate all levels of practice: from brand new beginners to advanced practitioners; from those desiring non, minimal, or slow movement to those desiring a more vigorous vinyasa flow practice.
In Liberty Plaza, we are in the back building which faces 41 on the second floor, which can be access by stairs or an elevator. Please call us if you need directions or use your Google or iPhone map. Please DO NOT use the Waze App to locate our center. It will take you to the neighborhood behind our center.

I went to my first class at Love Yoga Center which was the Mixed Level Flow with Megan. ABSOLUTELY best yoga class I have EVER taken! She opened with sound bowls, breath work, yoga flow and then ended again in sound bowls, breath work and chanting. I love how she brought the spiritual aspect back into the class. I felt very connected and grounded with my breath, spirit and body. And she kicked my butt also! I learned three new poses, after doing yoga for over 20 years that is pretty awesome!

Love Yoga is a fantastic yoga studio! The instructors were awesome, and they offered helpful corrections for me to maintain proper alignment. I loved the meditation, focused breathing, and sound bath to complement the gentle stretching and poses. The yoga classes left me relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the day! I would completely recommend Love Yoga, and I plan to visit again in the future! :)

If you are looking for gentle but challenging yoga, this is the place. I take Kim's class Saturday mornings 8:30. Her calm voice guides you through stretching & poses while keeping us mindful of our breathing. I am addicted. Her class really helps with my hip pain. All ages attend. Plenty other variety of classes & times offered.

Great yoga studio with heart! A BIG thanks to Nancy, who is a wonderful teacher and gives awesome adjustments. I took her Spiritual Warrior class and kept coming back for more! The tea and snack table is such a nice idea and is great for meeting people after class. I'm looking forward to my next Naples visit so I can come back to Love Yoga Center- my new studio away from home! Sending love and gratitude to Love Yoga and to Nancy. Namaste

Practiced three times while visiting Naples for a week. I have practiced at another studio in Naples, but I prefer Love Yoga Center.
If I lived in town I could see myself practicing there regularly. Beautiful space, well-trained and approachable teachers. I think the style leans towards Anusara which is a favorite of mine. Alignment based. My only suggestion is I would love to see Naples studios extend their class times. Everyone I looked at has classes for only an hour. I'm accustomed to 1 1/2 and the teachers in Miami frequently go over. It's astonishing how much you can accomplish

Love Yoga Center immediately reminded me of home. Upon entering you received a loving and welcoming vibe from the teachers and students alike. Maggie’s Yoga and Meditation class was the perfect mix of exploration and grounding. Maggie was a knowledgeable and dedicated Yogi who helps guide her students no matter what journey they are on. Whenever I visit Naples, Love Yoga Center makes me feel so at home. I only wish we had a yoga studio this incredible nearby, but it makes our visits that much more special. I would love to basically move in to any of Kim's classes. She is so incredible -- gentle, intuitive, helpful, and hands-on in the best possible way. Her pure and peaceful energy and the vibe she creates in her classes is so wonderful. I already can't wait to get back to Naples! Thank you all for creating this lovely space.

I have been to my good share of yoga studios in naples and the sacred space held at Love Yoga is like no other.

I was so relieved to find this gem while traveling to see my dad in the hospital. Virtually around the corner from NCH, I was able to continue my practice and meditate to stay whole. I love the strong influence of the ashtanga and vinyasa styles, and the flow during the Wed 8:15 am class was perfect. I am an intermediate practitioner, but I was stiff from sitting in planes and in the hospital, so it was so welcome to enjoy a class that had ample flow and options for depth while still honoring where my own body is at. I will be back on Friday and every time I visit family in Naples, for sure.

First yoga class I've ever had. The staff were so kind and accommodating. The instructor Michelle radiates a calmness and kindness that affects everyone around her. She is excellent at explaining the poses so even a newbie like myself could understand pretty quickly. They also have snacks and tea when you're done with class. Will go back as often as I can!

Absolutely gorgeous yoga studio!! I wish I lived in Naples so I could come here regularly. I was visiting for a week and came here during the "sun peak" time when I was taking a break from the beach. I LOVED the 1:30 pm class. The space is nicely decorated and welcoming. The studio is generous. They have manduka mats available for you to practice on!! I could not believe it. The instructor (I forgot her name) was gentle, friendly and exciting to follow. After the class, they served cookies and iced tea. Definitely recommend it.

Visiting Naples over Christmas I came here several times. It's a great studio with a wide variety of classes and skill levels. There was a welcoming atmosphere and snacks, tea and a futon to socialize on after class. Carla, the owner had a birthday yoga class while I was there and I got to be apart of the celebration even as an outsider. I highly recommend this studio!
