AMAZING….what a incredible WIN the City Smart Living (CSL) Team delivered for me selling my Ashburn Farm home. When all the other realtors were saying I am overpriced, the CSL Team, said we can do this! From the start they listened to me, as I explained the unseen value of my home….why it would sell, location, features, lifestyle. The CSL Team suggested some reasonable investments, and those returned 3 fold for me. Held a couple well pitched Open Houses! Other realtors pitched “we can sell your house in 2 days”…I said don’t care….I wanted my price, find the right buyer…the CSL team
