SPRAVATO is a prescription medicine, taken with an antidepressant by mouth, for treatment-resistant depression (TRD) in adults. SPRAVATO is not to be used as a medicine to prevent or relieve pain (anesthetic). SPRAVATO nasal spray was determined to be safe in both short- and long-term clinical trials of adults diagnosed with treatment-resistant depression.

There are many different reasons that you might want to start seeing a therapist - to deal with past trauma, anxiety, depression, cope with major life changes or to simply gain self-knowledge and awareness.

Over a month later and I am still stunned by the lack of professionalism and concern this place has for its patients. I tried changing therapists twice - with the first one, I waited for Debbie marek to come on the portal, only to be called a half hour later by her saying she was waiting for me. Disgusting liar! Then I got this other guy, Christopher McCarthy, (who posted a stellar review dated June 17 by the way..guess Hamilton is paying people to put good reviews on or they'll soon be out of business) who was obviously making dinner during our session and couldn't be bothered by

I have been seeing Dr. Ahmad for years. He is one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever had. I was very excited to find out he had opened up Hamilton Behavioral.
I called and got an appointment very quick with one of his APN’s, Eunice. She is so caring just like him paying close attention to detail. She spent a lot of time with me listening to me and she really showed me she was interested in my well being and helped me so much. I also had an encounter with Colleen, she was also very empathetic towards my situation and helped me quickly, I would be sure to see her again if I could.

This place is a joke, do not waste your time going here. They do not care about their patients, there is no follow-up. My doctor cancelled the appointment with me because he was sick, which is fine, but I need my medications. I called the next day and they tell me that I cannot see anybody till 4-5 days later so now I do not have any of my meds left. What kind of place leaves their patients without the medications they prescribed? Never liked this place and will never be going back. Avoid this place at all costs.

So I called this place two weeks ago to book an appointment for my daughter. They did an intake and said someone would get back to me. Later that day I got a call back but unfortunately missed the call. The person who called me left a message but no call back number or extension. Would give 0 stars if I could. The most unprofessional facility. Vimarsh Patel PA treated me like a joke. He laughed at me. He wanted me to censors wags I was expressing myself in the moment. It was also only a phone call... what? I understand COVID protocols right now and I am SO happy they are in place, but it wasn't even a video call. HOW do you assess/treat someone without seeing them. The setup was super weird. And then he told me he'd see me in a month and he never followed up. If he was to follow up, I would have obviously ran far away and found a better provider, but no further

My name is Spencer, I am 19 years old, and my P.A. is Colleen. She has helped me so much within these past several months, and I can only thank her for how come I have far in my mental health journey. She has always made sure to touch base with me whenever prescribing me with medication to ensure that I am doing well. If you or a loved one are looking to Hamilton Behavioral in hopes of bettering your mental health, I highly recommend seeing if you can receive Colleen!

I had an appt with Dr Berman and after prescribing some medication and told her can if I take it in the am as she suggested with other supplements and explained to her why I was asking, she says before you take what I am prescribing to you send me the ingredients. I had an appt on 6/24 and now have called numerous times get the same answer and also have emailed Regina and the main email and of course no-one has called and no-one has emailed me. I have my next appt next week and will not be joining her virtually and will not pick up whatever she prescribed!!! Horrible to think that doctors can do

Doctors are nice, administrative staff is among the worst I've ever dealt with in any industry. This is supposed to be a place for mental health assistance -- I was told by a doctor at Hamilton that I should see a therapist and to call right after an appointment. I followed those instructions and was hung up on. I called the following day and was hung up on three times in a row (ie the receptionist answered, said hello, heard me say hello, and THEN hung up, 3X). Then on the fourth call, I was told there was a wait list for therapists -- they proceeded to not take down any information, told me

Hamilton Behavioral is a great place. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable and by far the most helpful, caring and personable group of people. They go above and beyond to help me and make sure I’m taken care of in all aspects. Especially in these difficult times, they take extra steps and genuinely inquire about my mental health and well being. The staff is also great with accommodating last minute appointments, explaining insurance, dealing with insurance providers, pharmacy issues, etc. They put in countless hours and genuinely care about all of the patients. I would not be comfortable going

Horrible place! Do not do here. I was misdiagnosed and ended up in the hospital. Dr. Ahmad is the worst of them all there. He does not care about his patients. All he cares about it getting people to do TMS. Please beware of this place. The place is a dump too. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go here. I would give a zero star if it were an option.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This is the MOST unprofessional mental facility I have ever dealt with. The entire staff lacks the professional skills to work in any part of the health care system. The reception staff particularly Yana and Susan are rude, hang up on patients and actually makes your mental health problem worse. Dr. Ahmad is responsible for the office and lacks the compassion and empathy required to deal with mental health patients The Dr I see is not in Paramus, she is in Newton but works through Dr Ahmads office. I have called for rx refills to be told they are being filled only to find they

Hamilton Behavioral is a great provider. I have used other providers over the years but this is the best. They are conveniently located, fantastic hours, and a friendly front desk staff. The doctors are patient and attentive with keen insights and a friendly demeanor. They worked with me proactively regarding finances during a period of unemployment. I wish I had found them sooner. Plus a shout out to Dr. Yasir Ahmad!

After working with numerous Therepist and psychiatrist, the group at Hamilton Behavioral specifically, Dr Ahmad has been able to fully support my daughters mental health issues and get her to a safe and positive space. I also appreciate Yanna's (front desk manager) flexibility, dedication and support to meeting my daughters and family's needs. If you are looking for a caring, highly intelligent, flexible, open and honest Psychiatrist, I recommend working with Dr Ahmad.

Yana is an excellent secretary but very overworked, we've been coming to Hamilton Behavioral for about a year. At least I have, and she always has to manage 1 or 2 dozen customers on her own. This is rare facility with hours well beyond the usual- at night. They have recently moved locations from Hackensack to Paramus, right next to the Girl's Scouts' rooms in the same building.
